My stay at the downtown Mecure was very nice!10/10 . The stay the rooms were clean service exceptionally on point and the front desk staff was very helpful. I will return for sure!

I’ve stayed at many Mercures before and this one did not disappoint. I loved the location, it wasn’t too far from restaurants and attractions. The lobby is very welcoming and the staff also super friendly. I love that they have a self-laundry service. The rooms are clean and everything is good! I will stay here again for next time.

Great hotel at a good location in Beijing. Hotel was clean and the staff was helpful. The gym was particularly good!

Very near to station connecting line 7 and 14. Spacious. Bathroom nice with fully automatic washrooms. However room was cleaned on the 2nd day of the say. After telling they did clean. They were very kind to give good service - asked for lots of water bottles and paper plates.

It’s amazing. I really enjoyed the style and location of the hotel. It was a wonderful experience. The staff was super helpful. This is very foreigner friendly I highly highly recommend this hotel.

There were lots of choices for the buffet breakfast. The room was very comfortable and the toilet had a bidet. Everything was perfect. We will stay again.

Their service is world class, better than Hilton. The beds are so comfortable. They fill the fridge with complimentary soft drinks. Second time we stayed here and we will come back to this hotel when we visit Beijing again.

Hotel is slightly dated as we stayed at the apartment side. There were some issues with the maintenance and cleanliness of the room. Manager Ms Wu Di promptly did a service recovery and ensured we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Her professionalism is commendable and I hope the rest of her service team would be able to learn and benefits from her vast experience. She is the only reason that I might choose to stay with this hotel again. Well done Wu Di.
