The hotel is well-located, offering convenient access to a nearby station and within walking distance of Wangfujing, while being slightly removed from the busier (and more expensive) center of that area. There are also plenty of affordable local dining options close by. Check-in was smooth, requiring a 500 RMB deposit, which was promptly refunded upon check-out. The room was spacious and generally well-maintained, with good cleaning service. The bed was slightly firm, but the room was equipped with daily-provided bathroom amenities, effective heating, complimentary bottled water, comfortable slippers, and robes. It was spring during our stay, and high dust levels in the city affected the air quality in the room, which could be a concern for guests with allergic rhinitis. Additionally, the hotel's policy of not operating air conditioning during spring resulted in occasional discomfort at night, although a fan was provided quickly upon request. Hotel facilities were not extensively used, but we noted they had a good-sized conference and banquet area, which could be useful for business or event travelers. The neighborhood around the hotel felt safe and was pleasant for walking, with easy access to transportation and food options. The hotel itself was well soundproofed, ensuring a quiet stay despite its central location. One notable drawback was the language barrier. Despite being a 4-star hotel, none of the staff we encountered spoke English, which made communication challenging. On several occasions, calls to the reception desk were disconnected without resolution, which felt unprofessional. Lastly, we chose not to avail of the hotel's breakfast due to its relatively high price, but the abundance of nearby, affordable dining options made this a non-issue. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel to business and family travelers looking for a centrally located, safe, and generally comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is good. Lots of our friends stay there for the trip in Beijing.

Staff was friendly and helped me retrieve my food delivery. I forgot the name of the person who helped me but he was duty on 16 September morning. A big thank you to him.

Staff was very nice and helpful! We had questions about booking things or navigating WeChat apps and they were able to help. The room itself is fine. A 20 minute walk to Wangfujing. A few restaurants right around the corner and a convenience store also a few minutes away walking. Very easy to get picked up by Didi there.

Front office staffs all are friendly and very helpful. Breakfast Is excellent, lots of choices, Chinese food as well as western food, the noodle bar is good. Fan is given and we need 2 units, air-condition should be available because its noisy when we open the window as the hotel is situated in the busy area.

Good location

位處尊貴地段，但附近並沒有足夠便利民生的商鋪。畢竟酒店歷史悠久，房間設施比較老舊，特別是放濕机应該是從来沒有清潔過，机內積滿厚厚的黃色污垢，十分嚇人，健身室也关闭了。住了四晚，換過一次房，原因是房內滿有燒炭味，任何方法也驅散不了，溫度也異常高，之後的房间雖然面積細了，但一切正常。就算掛了牌以及亮了請勿打擾燈号，仍私自进入房間，令人費解。所有員工均欠缺笑容，訂了三人房但只備两人份用品

酒店地理位置非常的好，出門吃飯比較方便。前台服務周到熱情。房間佈局很舒適，空間寬敞，空調給的很足，十分的暖和。

酒店位置不算很中心，設施比較老舊，沒辦法老酒店，但是服務還是好的，看到我們是親子，給升級了一個房型，寄存行李也方便。

Достаточно хорощий отель, находится в удобном месте, все есть, халат(почему то лежит в пакете в комнате) утюг, фен, щетка/паста, тапки, полотенца, есть гладильная доска. Персоонал помогает вызвать такси, если нет связи. Единственное это унитаз, в моем номере отвратительно смывалось что либо) один раз пришлось с помощью чайника наполнять бочок и тогда все прекрасно смылось

國慶期間一家人去北京玩選擇了這家酒店，家庭一大一小兩個床睡得很舒服，房間裏還有加濕器和晾衣架，地段很好在金寶街，交通方便周邊各類商店齊全，去王府井很近步行即可，還可以延遲到下午兩點退房很好👍

酒店除了位置好點，沒啥優點: 1.設施特別老，進入房間就有特別大的異味，睡了幾晚，我和另外一個房間的朋友身上都出疹子了 2.床品不行，布草硬，不貼身 3.服務設計都是以酒店優先的，不是客户優先，房間一品飲料都沒有，收500按金好奇怪 4.價格600左右的房間連個護理包都沒有 5.經營對網絡客户不優惠，第四天網上不能續住，前台續住同樣的不換房房間要加價快300 6.電路太老，床頭如果充電，就不能關燈，否則斷電，晚上有個燈亮着特別不舒服 下次堅決不會再住

酒店地理環境位置很好，在二環內金寶街上，交通非常方便。 設施：設施稍微有點老舊，但該有的東西都有。 衞生：衞生條件較好，沒有異味。

入住這家四星級酒店，彷彿置身於家的温馨。服務態度一流，員工們熱情周到，讓人倍感親切。客房裝修風格獨特，設施齊全，尤其是床品，軟硬適中，一夜好眠。酒店地理位置優越，周邊景點豐富，出行便捷。總之，這次入住體驗超乎想象，強烈推薦給朋友們。
