Superfint hotell! Det fyrstjärniga betyget är definitivt en femstjärnig standard, faciliteterna i huset är varma och lyxiga, för att inte tala om frukosten. Läget är också mycket bra. Det finns tunnelbana precis utanför dörren. Ginza och Raffles ligger bara några steg från dörren. Det är mycket bekvämt för att äta och shoppa. Den enda nackdelen är att hotellets fordonsingång är lite liten.Lobbyingången ligger mitt på hotellets markparkering och det är lätt att passera förbi av misstag. Men om du strikt följer navigeringen går det bra.

The location is very convenient to go everywhere by subway. It's easy to find cheap food. The reception can't speak english well but it's no problem to communicate. Overall is very good.

I tried to say little as much as I can. Service of the hotel staff very pleasant especially the gentleman that who came outside to the street and found me because I was lost . Cold day and windy but he came outside to find me and direct me to the hotel. Very quiet and nice place to stay and very convenient because it is not too far from airport and not too far from the city on the main subway stations

excellent stay in this hotel, the staffs are friendly. even the housekeeping team is fabulous. Room cleaning everyday so cleanliness is definitely not a problem. also feel safe in staying this hotel. location is great, there are two shopping mall within 10 minutes walking distance. room equipped with multiple country socket, definitely have one to fit your device charger. it's listed refrigerator in trip website; however, it's actually a minibar. good and cold enough to keep some fruits or yogurt. Washing room is clean, but no bath tub available ya. room equipped with iron, iron board, hair dryer, makeup mirror. Chinese restaurant available at third floor, food is good! no gym room. overall, I think is a great! will definitely book again.

Hotel is well maintained and room service is good. Location is so so, close to metro station and nearby there are a few restuarants serving good food at reasonable price.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Our room was elegant and clean. The Chinese-style mural on the wall added an air of serenity. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. Room was brightly lit. There were 4 bottles of water everyday, and a plate of welcome fresh fruits. We were allowed early check-in (tired after an all-night flight), for which we were very grateful. Staff at reception could speak some English. Food and breakfast was excellent and there was enough variety. The location is a short distance from Exit C of Dongzhimen metro station, which made it easy for us to take the Mubus to Mutianyu Great Wall and the public bus to Gubei Watertown. We could leave our bags here after checking out to go to Gubei Watertown. All in, we had a great stay.

Hotel location is super good. Very near to main train station. Airport direct train to hotel. There are 2 shopping malls nearby with many food shops. Mcdonalds and Starbucks are within 2 min walking distance. Cleanliness is average. Rather old hotel. Hotel room is very hot. Air-conditioning only turn on after 8pm.

I had an amazing stay here! The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always ready with recommendations and assistance, especially Mr. Zheng Qun. From check-in to check-out, their warm hospitality made me feel at ease. The clean rooms and close location to the subway were just the icing on the cake! Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel in Dongzhimen easily reached from Beijing Capital airport via Airport Express train. Subway is next to the airport train entrance and within a short 7 minutes walk to the hotel. Nearby to a number of malls and restaurants. Good sized room with very comfortable bed and rain/hand-held shower wands operate with adequate pressure. Very good breakfast with ample varieties for everyone.

Shower drainage is not very good. Breakfast selection is good. Room is big, many tv channels. Good location. 7-11 nearby. Shopping centre around 10 minutes walk.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is not a super busy one so the staff have time to attend to you. The location is good, just 5 min walk to subway station though we didnt quite use the subway. I took a train to airport but the walk to exit E which is the entrace to the airport express is very long! if off peak just take DiDi ride hailing to airport. One thing though the room is not so smart. We turned on the Do Not disturb sign (no need to clean room) but once the card is taken out the sign is off too, when we came back and found the room is made up we were like 'what'?! overall very happy!

Very clean and excellent service. Recommend to anyone doing business trips.
