I am a happy regular customer. Unfortunately the hotel is now being renovated, so there are some temporary changes which are not ideal (main reception hall, main breakfast/dining area and pool closed), but the stay has been more than comfortable, with free breakfast as a bonus... Staff super kind and helpful as always! The hotel works should be completed by October.

The location is very good. There are many tourists on Wangfujing Street. And the Alan at the front desk has a great sense of service. He introduced us to many tourist attractions and special delicacies, which helped us make a great travel plan.Many thanks！

Newly refurbished hotel rooms. Still ongoing reno. Breakfast good but not lavish. Really affordable. Hotel popular with ASEAN tourists. Conceige staff extremely helpful to book tickets thru wechat that requires local mobile number. Staff can understand english confidently. This hotel highly ranked in this app is justified.

Location: very good on Wangfujing road (close to APM shopping mall). Jinyu Hutong Metro is only around 400m.  Room: Nice. Bed was comfortable. Free water bottles and Laundry.  Service: very good.  Everything was perfect except the temperature inside the room was set at 26 degrees which made the room was very hot.  The hotel supplied a fan for us and advised us to open the window as nothing they could do with the temperature. Yes, I would recommend this hotel.

first impression of the hotel was why was the lobby so far away. we had to walk for about 5-10 mins with our big and heavy luggages. once we checked in, the room look like the photos it was spacious and overall ok. toothbrush and others was given in a box at the check in counter. booked the room with breakfast and the breakfast meal was not nice. this hotel was said to be a 5 stars hotel but clearly it does not live up to its standard!! on our last night before check out, we were out the whole day and to our surprised when we came back we found out the cleaner had came in our room!! we had on the privacy button and the cleaner still went in! thankfully nothing of our items were missing but felt like the hotel was not safe at all! the cleaner had touched all our items even our clothes… we complained to the reception and all they could say was its policy to clean the room even if the privacy sign was on. they could have let us know when we were checking into the hotel or put the policy out for everyone to see. they did not apologize at all!! for our next trip back to beijing, we will not stay at this hotel again nor recommend it to people. all i can say is STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

My wife and I loved the hotel’s location—it was excellent! I have no words to describe how important this was for our trip. We really enjoyed the service, especially from Dylan and Boyd, who helped us find a driver who became our guide in Beijing. Thank you so much, Dylan and Boyd—you made our day amazing! 🤩

Hotel staff are pretty professional as they always meet guest needs. Breakfast and the sports facilities were great.

Booked 2 rooms for 4 adults and 2 children. The lobby needs to go up to take lift to go to rooms. Location is good. Went to eat Peking duck, near hotel it's super good.

Location is really good and near to the shopping district, every was clean and. working in order. Staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Totally enjoyed the experience

Service is fantastic. Personnel are friendly and helpful. About 5 to 10 min walk to subway.

We stayed 6 nights in executive room, and we loved it. The room wasn’t as spacious as we hoped but the hotel make it better when they cater for all our needs like additional fan because winter time the A/C is heating by default and the cold didn’t come through the winter more than we needed. The room come with the access to lounge which serve breakfast, tea time and happy hour with great selection of food (enough for us!) and it has better ambience than the level 2 breakfast restaurant (we were not impressed). The staff at the lounge were extremely nice and helpful, Luna and her colleagues whom I didn’t take down names until my last day have been so kind and helpful to us, including helping us to book the Tiananmen visit as we mistakenly assume having a forbidden city tour means include Tiananmen. This stay is exceptional because of the executive access. We really love it. The location is extremely great, we can walk to forbidden city and Jingshanpark and it is just along Wangfujing. Nearest metro station is Jingyu Hutong 金鱼胡同 （8th line) and 灯市口 (5th line) ❤️❤️ thank you so much for your hospitality.

Location is fantastic. Served by 2 subway lines and going places was easy. Ditched Didi as traffic was bad and subway travel was cheap (RMB 3/Pax) to major attractions (Lama temple, Nanguluo xiang, Temple of Heaven). Please get hotel map from concierge and good for moving around. Wafujing was behind hotel. The famous duck restaurant Quanjude was within walking distance. Absolutely a joy to move around! From mid Oct onwards, no central conditioning and relied on open window for natural air. We found the room stuffy and we had portable fan (check in 1-3 Nov). Room was newly renovated, bright and clean. Hotel breakfast (2nd floor) was OK and food choice and quality was average, just to fill stomach. Elevator access card and room access card, 2 sets. Diamond tier. Trip member, enjoyed late check out 2pm. Simply best location to stay in Beijing!

The hotel was super clean and in a great location. Although some areas were under renovation, it didn't affect our stay at all. Overall, very satisfied!
