Den första St. Regis i Kina, många nationella ledare har stannat där. Omgivet av olika länders ambassader, är det tyst i rörelse, lågmäld lyx, delikat och elegant. Även om hotellets faciliteter verkligen är lite gamla, är tjänsten verkligen perfekt. Conciergen vid dörren, damen som checkade in och tanten som städade 19:e våningen var alla entusiastiska och professionella! Särskilt vår hushållerska chef Sophia ordnade ett rum med fantastisk utsikt på översta våningen och fick det tidigt.Födelsedagstårta och rödvin till maken, incheckningspresenter till barnen, och det var en speciell ära att vara inbjudna att delta i kvällsceremonin med sabel och champagne, allt får oss att känna oss väldigt varma! Nästa gång jag kommer till Peking kommer jag att fortsätta att välja St. Regis!

Probably the worst St. Regis experience I’ve ever had. I was excited to come here with my girlfriend after staying in the Shenzhen st. Regis for almost 3 weeks, which was fantastic. This hotel is the worst, the room was old the staff was rude (inconceivable for st. Regis) and the service was sub par. Stay elsewhere… you’re welcome.

謝謝這次酒店管家負責人Leah，服務很好，飲品管家24H服務並提供，飲品有咖啡、紅茶、熱巧、綠茶。這點是其他酒店少有的，因為去環球想着當天玩好會很累，所以選中有温泉的瑞吉，能泡個温泉緩解疲勞。地理位置相對有優勢，房間設施有待再提高，插座有的沒有通電，可能酒店建的比較早。服務是真的不錯👍有送小盆友小熊掛件和手工DIY

提前一天管家問我對房間的要求，第二天去的時候發現房間是聯通房，前台告知今天剩下的衹有聯通房了..??大無語，訂房的時候並沒有在任何界面顯示豪華雙床房是聯通房，提前問我需求的時候也沒説衹剩聯通房，介意此房型的顧客慎重！ 好在攜程客服處理及時，給一個表揚。 酒店位置不錯，設施比較老，因年份久遠，但維護還可以。
