Four Points by Sheraton Beijing, Haidian Hotel recensioner

Had an amazing stay at the hotel! The service was impeccable, and a special thanks to Tuffy at check-in, who went above and beyond to make the process smooth and welcoming. His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and well-equipped with excellent amenities. Highly recommend and will definitely return!

Staff were very nice. Room is abit stuffy but overall a nice experience staying in the hotel

The bathroom is a bit worn out. Apart from that everything is good. We lost a bag with very important documents in a taxi and the staff in the hotel helped to trace the taxi driver and get it back within an hour. We really appreciate the help. I would give the service six stars if the system allows!

The rooms are generally good though it can get really dry during winter.

We arrived late and they had no rooms left so they upgrade us. The upgrade was in another building and half way we were left alone and told that was straight. The building had the lights off and the entrance and the elevator too hard to find. Maybe need the service to take you to the elevator at least? The room was clean and the breakfast was ok! Hope next time we have more luck with a professional service.

I had a nice staycation at the Four Points by Sheraton. I was happy that they allowed foreigners as many hotels in Beijing are not taking foreigners since the Pandemic. The location was ok as it was in the area as my university, and I did not want to go far from campus. The staff were generally friendly and accommodating, and there was always an English-speaking staff member at reception on duty. All you must do is ask for an English-speaking staff member. There is a lounge area where you can order snacks and drinks (this is also the same menu for room service). By the way you must request for the room service menu directly from reception and they will send someone to your room to take the order. There is also the option to pre-order breakfast to have in the room each evening. There is a traditional Chinese Tea House on the premises for any who are looking for some cultural emersion. There is also a Chinese barbeque right outside the hotel and you can charge the bill to your room, which I found convenient. The gym is small but has most equipment and the pool is indoor. However, it is also used for swimming classes for kids which is inconvenient. Too many children and too much noise. The breakfast was nice. A mixture of Chinese and Western cuisine. Dinner is buffet and a la carte. The room was clean and comfortable and quiet. The spa was unfortunately closed. Overall, I had a good experience and would recommend it for the price point it has.

一個五星酒店房間里居然還有不知道誰吃甚的骨頭🦴，前台給客人的的卡是一張電卡根本打不開房門，等了足足二十分鐘沒有人來開門給前台打了三個電話才來開門，我真的瘋了！房門鎖不知道用了多久了，沒有一次可以順利打開

地理位置優越，酒店比較乾淨整潔，老牌酒店了，中規中矩，整體很不錯，有專門的洗衣間，很方便商務人士過來。

設施：這次回來看到前台旁邊還設了一個冰箱 恆温 水都温温熱熱的 喝着也不涼 挺好的 衞生：房間挺乾淨的 服務：前台服務挺好的 每一個都在積極跟人解決問題 環境：周圍的地鐵通了 酒店對面就是地鐵站 挺方便的

入住體驗不錯 每次都選這家 位置好 出行方便 有停車場 早餐豐富 總體來説沒什麼問題， 硬説缺點的話是設施稍顯老舊。
