Beijing Tiananmenwangfujing Manxin Hotel recensioner

Jag bodde nyligen på detta hotell och var imponerad av dess utmärkta läge, nära till olika attraktioner. Medan rummen var lite på den mindre sidan, var de oklanderligt rena och väl underhållna. En unik funktion var matleveransroboten som förde mat direkt till min dörr, även om jag önskade att den kom med ett aviseringssystem. Sammantaget en trevlig vistelse med praktiska bekvämligheter.

The location was great! Most of the attractions were nearby and reachable from the subway. Another important point. The famous Roasted Duck was just next door. You can choose the timing with less crowd.

Honest opinion, this hotel not worth the price. Dirty stain on the floor, shower holder and window. Hotel room 19m² but seems like smaller than hotel in Qianmen 16 m². Trip.com published room include welcome gift, fruits and check out gift. But they didn't give until I went to claimed from the cust service. I told the customer service guy to arrange robot to deliver to me fruits and welcome gift. They doesn't practice good communication skills even though we can speak little bit Chinese. I wanted the robot to deliver fruits but waited for more than 30 minutes. When I text WECHAT to customer service, the guy said robot came to my door but I didn't pick up , so robot went down. He blamed me for didn't pick up the phone call. We didn't receive any calls or door bell ring. When we checked the phone, we saw it's not properly attach on the socket. I told him to come in see himself but he refused. We didn't touched anything once we checked in. Could be cleaner mistake when change bedsheet near to it. The customer service guy came to my door with the fruits spoken to me aggressively. I try to calm down to explain, he seems like not listening my explanation . It's my bad experience in Tiananmen Wangfujing Manxin Hotel. Hotel toilet not automatic flush, only automatic can wash your butt. Curtains is auto open by pressing the button. Customer service's face never smile and greet everyone walk in to the hotel. Nothing to shout out for me. I feel Japan and Malaysia's hotels service is the best and should take as good example.

Hotel is conveniently located near several big malls like APM. We can walk there in a few minutes. There is a famous Peking duck restaurant right next to the hotel. Staff is friendly, offer late check out at 2pm. Overall great stay, only complain is the room is quite small.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Hospitality good, just the room a bit small. But, Location at the center of attractions; Forbidden City & Wang fujing Pedestrian street. Subway is just 5 minutes away.

Convenient hotel in the heart of the city within walking distance to major attractions such as Forbidden City, and a short stroll to Tiananmen Square. Metro station is about 3 mins walk away. Staff were friendly and ready to lend a hand in any way. Bed was comfortable and generally the room was clean. No issues about noise despite being only on the second level. Toilet seat is automatic. You can also send your online parcels to the hotel and they will keep them safely for you, likewise food deliveries will be either stored on the front counter for you to self collect or they will use their robot to send it up to you (this takes some time so self collecting is a much more efficient mode) Some slight negatives - although the room was generally clean, I found stray hairs occasionally (eg in the sink) and also saw a small fake eyelash on the bath towel once. The AC wasn’t working (only fan mode was operational) which meant that the room could get warm on hotter days - the staff explained that this was because the weather outside was still cold. During my time, only the first day was warm, and the other days were pretty ok. You can open the window (though very small and with no view) to let some air in, and also use the in-room air purifier to circulate the air. Other than that, the stay was extremely pleasant and staff were also accommodating to let me check out later!

Hotel location is awesome! Walking distance to the Forbidden City! Hotel service was awesome too, easy to deal with. Highly recommend

The hotel service were top notch from the first day I stayed there. I got to the place late and got a less desired room. I requested to change room and was inform the hotel is fully booked for the night and the staff assured me they will help me to change room the next day. The next morning I receive a call from the hotel staff informing me the room was ready. The housekeeping staff surprised us by cleaning our luggage as it was dirty. The location is really convenient and closed to a lot of shopping places and Forbidden City. There is a famous Peking Duck Restaurant beside the hotel and the staff offered to help us take a queue number as it the waiting time could be long. I would totally recommend the hotel and will stay here again if I’m going to Beijing.

Location is fantastic if you’re planning to visit the forbidden city. Plenty of food around, including the famous peking duck right beside the hotel. Staffs are super helpful and courteous. Only downside is the air conditioner doesn’t work although the weather was super warm for spring season.

The location is perfect, just 10 min walking from The forbidden city and 5 minutes walking from subway station line 8. Everything looked very clean but every time we arrived back to the room there was a smell of humidity that was very annoying, coming from the bathroom. Maybe clean the sewers.

I got a fabulous surprise. The chambermaid took her initiative & cleaned our luggage. Wow! It's so impressive. I called for some water-bottled water & a robot delivered them. The drinks felt warmth. So thoughtful, especially when the cold weather. The staff were also very generous to offer us water whenever we requested it. Keep up the good work. The breakfast food was also served piping hot. Hotel is situated at great location. Pick up n dropp off point in front of the hotel. Very near to public transport. Will definitely recommend & come back again.

I really liked the hotel. The room is comfortable, modern and spacious. Everything in the room is new and clean. It was completely quiet at night, although the hotel was completely full - this is very good. The mattress and pillows on the bed are excellent, I slept great. The staff is wonderful - they helped and answered all questions. The location is great - 10 minutes walk to the main square and 5 minutes to the pedestrian street. There are many restaurants and shops around.

Location is excellent, close to forbidden city and nearby has good selection of food. Best is 四季民福 is just beside the hotel and can easily grab a queue number. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Whilst the facilities are not very new, the hotel is kept clean and maintained. The stay was very comfortable and would certainly come back again.

Enjoy my stay. Friendly helpful staffs. Location is convenient.
