decent hotel that had rooms that were clean, the stay was a comfortable one.

Great place! Clean, well maintained and good room service! Location is a little far but walkable to metro station. Overall very much satisfied and will book again when in Beijing! 最好的！

Location is good. Room is needs to be updated and not very clean. Found hair and stains everywhere. The bed is hard and not comfortable. Staff does the bare minimum.

It was a very nice stay over Lavande Hotel, the location is great only 15 minutes walking to the closest subway station. The service was very good, everyone was helpful and kind to us during our stay. Our was room was nice and quiet, very confortable. Maybe the room and the alley could be a bit cleaner.

The bed was very comfortable and large. Other than that, the room is in need of renovations. Many imperfections from the shower head leaking to the carpet being damaged. But the location was very convenient for my needs.

Room was dirty. Houskeepers change only bed sheets and towels. Only one receptionist guy was super duper helpful. If you’re reading this, thank you very much. We’re so appreciate your service.

I know not all lavende hotel is like this, but if you want to live in a clean environment, you should really consider avoiding this one. The carpet has many stains and toilet has hairs. Cleaning staffs smoke in their rooms with door open to the corridor. Reception desk is helpful though.

The room was not that clean because of high humidity. The staffs were okay!

Fine for a short stay. Rooms are large, but the sheets smell funny.
