Overall it is great and the room are so comfortable and nice but regret to say that the front desk staffs are lack of knowledge about the food / shopping area and certain interesting areas. Well done to the housekeeping with the tip top hospitality provided. Check in time is 2pm and can’t be early. Walking distance to Wangfujing Street and subway.

Hotel is good locations. You can walk 5 mins to Wangfujing walking street.

I had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, close to major attractions, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it great value for the price. However, the only downside was the bathroom drainage, as the water drained a bit slowly. Aside from that, everything was perfect.

The hotel was good. The receptionist is so so. But i want to appreciate the cleaning service name Zhang Yonggang. His hospitality is top notch. He gave my children kids slippers and kids toothbrush. Also when he knew the heater in my room cannot function properly, he got the portable heater and put it in my room. On last day, he gave me 10 water bottle. Amazing 😊😊 Good job Zhang Yonggang. The location is good. It’s located near Wangfujing, very near. You only need to turn left and you arrive at Wangfujing area. There is 7/11 in front of hotel and open for 24 hours. If you go around by train, you need to walk about 5 minutes to train station. Not really far.

My room included breakfast, which was a large selection of Chinese and Western food. Great location. However, DiDi does not recognise Sunworld Hotel. You have to type "North Gate of Beijing Tianlun Songhe Hotel" to get there.

We are allowed to check in at 11am because we came during winter season and it is off-peak. It has 2 lifts. The elevator is slow but functional. We stay in 9th floor and have front view of entrance. Not much city view..it is 5-7 min walk to Jian Yu hutong MRT , mrt is surrounded by many malls. There are mcdonald,7-11 and kfc in walking distance. Si Min Ji peking duck is 6 min walk away. Room is well maintained and air con is warm and cosy. They have air purifier, tea ,4 free mineral bottles . Bath room is warm enough. They have liner string to dry clothes. Building is very old but inside is well maintained. Buffet not much variety but can fill my stomach is good enough.

We stayed in this hotel for 8 nights. The hotel location is very convenient and 5-10mins walk to main shopping mall in wangfujing. The reception is very helpful and the cleaning staff auntie （杜春宏，雪乡） on level 8 are very helpful and friendly. Overall very nice experience. The only 1 thing i would say could help better the experience is the possibility of a laundry room. Thank you!

Personally it’s a good hotel with great service staff and quality rooms.its location is also very convenient near to 2 subways-Dengshikou and Jing Yu Hu Tong.Staff Clara Li helped us check in and she was very patient and smiley to guide us about.hotel breakfast was decent with a balanced spread of western and local.the only issue with my room was a non working tv volume /control and not so savory hotel coffee(not my cup of tea).otherwise all else is awesome.Good choice

Great location and room are ok although a bit old.

The location is quite near to the metro station, and a lot of eateries just opposite the hotel. The room is neat and clean. Very comfortable. Will recommend staying this hotel. The only issue was different quote given by different hotel staff. I booked transport to 慕田峪长城 thru hotel front desk. One staff quote RMB1K and a moment later, the another staff quoted RMB1.2K. This make me lost confident in them.
