Gotel Capital recensioner

We got a family room and it was spacious with comfortable beds! Actually we love everything abt it, just that it’s a little way away from the tourist spots (need to use taxi or didi everywhere, but we didn’t mind it as we had stayed another place right at the tourist spot and it can be noisy). Righr opposite is Gemini Tower, with plenty of eateries, a chagee, starbucks, and even Taco bell and 7-11. Tv was working well with a lot of movies to watch as well. Our family enjoyed 3 random movies from the local movie channel on 3 different nights there😆. Room was made daily and bins emptied and towels replaced. Satisfied customers and we may return whenever we r back!

I like its location, just a very short walk from the subway station which famous Siksyreet market is.

Love the laundry amenities provided for free including the washing tablets. Service desk is friendly and helpful.. Close to MRT station, very convenient..

Hotel located right beside a mall which has many food options if you do not like the hotel breakfast.

Nice and best location

Location of the hotel is good because it is walking distance to the nearest train station on No 1 train line. You can take the train to almost every where around Beijing city. However, the hotel room was poorly maintained. I stayed in room 4012 and the carpet was dirty, wall was dirty, window cannot be closed and study table was shaky. I stayed for 6 nights and housekeeping didn't change the bedsheets at all. I would only recommend staying there if you are just looking for room and not any facilities, otherwise it would be a disappointment.

The shower windows have gap and leaking during shower time.

Service was exceptional! The front desk was welcoming every time I walked by and extremely helpful throughout the stay. They went out of their way to help me book tickets to the various attractions and museums, and made sure I was all set. The location was convenient and only a few minutes to the subway. It is one station from CBD area. The only downside is that the hotel was a bit old, but still clean enough for us to sleep comfortably. I would book this hotel if we visit Beijing again.
