I travel a lot and this is the first hotel that doesn't have a shoe polisher in the lobby! It has a very complete breakfast. My room was very small and always smelled of cigarettes. At night when you were sleeping you could hear the snoring of the next room!

In general speaking. the hotel staffs provided excellent services especially the front desk, bell desk and house keeping.

Room smells heavy smoke around 10pm while we are on the non smoking floor and had to open the window to let the smoky smell out. Reception said they will check to upgrade and call back but only called back next day around 4pm.

Service is good. Room is clean. The price offer is reasonable to gain this grade of hotel. Only one night stayed.

The location of hotel is wonderful. Walking distance to subway station, shopping malls and restaurants. Hotel team is very helpful and warm

Location is very close to subway station ( liangmaqiao lune 10) exit D and next to Liangmaqiaoi river. It is convenient to go to other tourist attractions like Takooli Sanlitun, Wangfujin street, etc). Staff is very nice and helpful. If you are foreign,they can speak English.

The hotel location is ideal for business travelers as located near embassy area and within walking distance to Liangmaqiao subway station. There was a Japanese restaurant next to the hotel.

So noisy room and smelly. Lobbies, lift are messy. Resturant staff is very rude and doesn’t know how to handle with foreigners. Note: they are not selling halal food in halal section.

It’s between the best area in Beijing Chaoyang District ( SOLANA and SANLITUN). The room is a bit dated and a bit dirty. The hotel needs an update, but would recommend only for it’s location.

The room doesn’t worth the price. Don’t know if it’s because of the location- “Beijing”. The room I had is the worst room I’ve slept all my years in China for such ridiculous price

The staff is very polite and helpful . The location is good but for small buys you are far from smaller shops. Especially smaller grocery shops.
