Convenient location, close to all the sites 😊! With a wonderful Russian convenient store next to the hotel!

Very good breakfast and front service are helpful , room is big and will recommend to stay again

This Mercure hotel is located in the embassy area so we feel pretty safe. The staff are absolutely lovely. They are always happy to help. Free complimentary bottled water is provided. Location wise, it is near the Chaoyang men station. 15 min to Tian'an men square and national museum. The interior is a nice classic french style. Chinese and western style breakfast, good for international and domestic customers.

The place near with bus station, easy to access. The service also great.  The room is clean and spacious. They also gave amenities for you.

Stayed for 4 nights, and request to change rooms for 2 times, and damn hot in the room need fans then only can sleep. Also the TV is not user friendly, request stuff also not user friendly can only makes via call or via the Hua Zhu Hui App, Breakfast quite OK. All Parcels are delivered to Level 5 and no need ask the reception this quite good. Mineral water is provided unlimited, please feel free to take hahaahhaha. welcome drink also not bad.

Hotel is good location... Wery near to European and Asian restaurants. Personel is so smiling:):)

The hotel is about ＜15 mins walk to Dongdadao Station or 14-20 mins to Chaoyangmen Station (although this is not as easily navigated as to Dongdadao). On the way to these two stations (north of the hotel), there are many eateries/services that are catered to ordinary local office workers in the area. From the hotel going south is Ritan park and a bunch of middle eastern/central Asian restaurants that are not wallet-friendly for a budget minded traveller. From here to most tourist attractions is quite convenient (minus the walk between the hotel and train station) because of Chaoyangmen Station is an interchange of 2 good lines. There are free washing machines and dryers on Level 5. Hotel staff don’t speak English and rely on mobile translator device l, which is fine but a bit slow for the communication to get through. What would be the price for this hotel to have a good price performance ratio - 600 rmb/night (incl. taxes) but it is now about 700-900 range.

Short ride to Forbidden City and other attractions. Room quite spacious and comfortable. Front desk service was okay at its hotel standard. Close to many supermarkets and eateries. We enjoyed our stays.

Hotel was ok. No major issues. Wouldn’t say it was amazing service as I have seen much better for less, so I don’t think it’s worth the price. The carpet in the corridors made it extremely difficult to wheel baggage. Honestly don’t know why hotels still use old outdated dirty carpet’s, but hey, it is what it is. Hotel do get on your case for checking out so make sure you’re up and prepared. If you’re having a late night and need a good rest then I’d suggest you get back home in good time to rest.

This Mercure in Chaoyang is always a great idea. I always stay at this hotel when in the city , it’s central and in a really great area. The service is amassing , front desk staff are so helpful . A great choice definitely stay here when you are in Beijing

Fantastic room with new amenities, spacious and clean. Breakfast with many choices. Overall very kind staff. Two negatives were the very high temperature in the room which could not be turned down (but the reception provided a fan upon request), and how pushy one receptionist was to ask for a review (demanded me to do it on the spot and to take a picture / send her a screenshot)
