Very good location, friendly staff. Instead of our original room we received a better one for free😊. The halls carpets could be cleaned up through.

Nice hotel, close location to the attraction. The service is good and the professionals work here.

The room was nice and clean. The staffs were really helpful. The hotel was situated at a good location, close to Tiantan park and Qianmen street. There was a bus stop right next to it so it’s pretty convenient to move around. This is a no smoke hotel so you will not be bothered by the smoke smell. Overall, relatively good 😊

We booked in the Cheermay Hotel and specifically asked for a no smoking room. The entire hotel smelled of stale smoke. The passages were dirty and smelly. The room stank as did the bedding. We survived the night but decided to check out early. Through trip.com we were able to get the balance of our 5 night stay refunded.

I had a wonderful stay at CHEERMAY HOTELS : Beijing Temple of Heaven Branch! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The receptionist was especially kind, helping me with translations whenever I had trouble understanding something. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade with a window upon arrival, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The hospitality was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was impeccable. Additionally, the hotel’s location made it easy to access major attractions around Beijing, which was a huge plus. I truly appreciate the warm service and attention to detail, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city! 🏨✨👍😊

Its 18 minutes from the metro station, nothing near, the room was not more than ok.

The first room we got looked very ugly, and the facilities and walls were partly damaged. Though the worst part of it was that there was a very intense disgusting smell in the air, coming from the bathroom drain next to the toilet. It also did not feature any windows, even though we booked a room with landmark- and city-view. According to the staff, no rooms with windows were available. After a day, we could switch to a room that was significantly better. Still, the hotel looked kind of cheap and the walk to the mtro station was pretty long. Can only recommend thid if place if you are really really on a budget.

Amazing staff that is very understanding and patient.

The two people I interacted with at the reception were very kind, and patient enough to write and translate what I could not understand. They were very helpful, and when I arrived, I was given an upgrade to a room with a window. In the end, I had to cut my sojourn here short and once again, the receptionist helped me a lot. The room is what I expected so far. It's quite big, the bed is nice, and there are two restaurants right next to the hotel. I'd book here again. The only criticism I have is that the walls are too thin and I could hear people too much, it even woke me up at some point. I could hear them plug something in the power outlet. ^^

Located within walking distance of the south gate to the heaven temple park, it was the perfect location for me. Room was decent and tidy but don't expect anything fancy. Overall excellent for the price considering location.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in. Clean comfortable, and the staff have helped so much.
