Nostalgia Hotel (Beijing Tiananmen Square Qianmen Subway Station)

We loved this hotel Very close to Qianmen The room was clean, spacious, and got cleaned every day with fresh water and snacks replaced.

Not sure if I should add another review, but due to some unexpected changes in my travel plans I had to book this hotel more than once for different nights (at the beginning, I expected to spend my third night outside of Beijing, but I had to cancel this plan due to bad weather). So I have got like three reservations for the same stay :) (2 nights + 1 + 1) Going to copy the previous review ;) We really felt at home in this place: aside from the perfect location to explore Beijing, staff made our stay really wonderful. They were helpful, kind, always available: on our last day they found a perfect solution for us to manage our luggage after check-out, despite road closures, and saved us a lot of fatigue and hassle. Room was perfectly equipped with all the necessary for our stay, and the free ice-creams and snacks were a plus, for sure. :) I am really happy I chose this hotel for my stay in Beijing, and I strongly recommend it also to you! They have other hotels around Beijing: from what I experienced, I would surely recommend them all!

Family hotels taking good care for all guest. additional perks like free mask, free supper, wipers, etc. So lovely.

Good hotel. Convenient location. Cleanliness is excellent. Allowed to stay in the room until the transfer arrived.

The location is right behind Qianmen street in an alley, that is quite smelly. We arrived early, as we had traveled all night, so they couldn’t give us our rooms, however they promised that the rooms will be ready by 14 o’clock when it was time for check in. To our surprise our rooms weren’t ready and we had to wait additional almost 2 hours. The rooms are tiny, as the building is old. There is no place to put your luggage, unless you have only a carry on. Last year I stayed at another Nostalgia hotel in Beijing which was really good, that’s why I expected the same service, but I was mistaken.

It was definitely a nice stay over here along the three nights. *About the check in service* I booked the hotel for 29/10 until 1/11. The check in time was supposed after 2pm or 3pm I forgot. But we arrived earlier in the morning, we planned to put our luggage first. But then they have available room at the moment so they let us checked in earlier. *About breakfast* The breakfast shop collaborated with them is nice. The food is good and suits our taste (we are from Malaysia). Ps: breakfast service depends on the package you bought. *staff* All the staffs are friendly.
