The food were the only photos I have in the hotel 😂. Food deliveries are really convenient in the hotel with the help of their trusty robot. Location wise, this hotel is actually quite a far walk from the nearest metro station. Didn’t eat the breakfast so can’t comment on it. Fridge in the hotel were not cold at all. Had to ask the staff to use their restaurant fridge to store some of our cakes…

It was a very good location and about 10 minutes walk to subway station. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was big and convenient.

The hotel is super clean & the bed is super comfy. There is a market in the same building that you can pick some good fruits with reasonable price. The receptionists are very helpful though they are unable to communicate in English (We communicated via Alipay translation app). I am really happy and enjoy my stay. Very safe & MRT friendly location (700m - 10 min walk).

Nice hotel close to the subway station. The room was spacious and very clean. We really liked the breakfast, which included both Chinese and Western options. All employees were kind and attentive. We would book again.

Location is nice but nobody speaks English at reception. Furthermore, they took all documents but never registered us at the nearby police station. Eventually, police came banging at our door while we were asleep to ask about documents and our trip plans, reasons. This was most annoying part. From this I can say service is inefficient.

After uploading it to the public security system, the police will come to your door for routine inquiries, which is a normal law enforcement process. Please understand.
