Hanting Hotel (Beijing West Railway Station North Square) recensioner

The contact number on Trip.com might not be the right number, since the front desk directed us to the wrong location (another Hanting nearby). The location could be convenient for young people, but not for elder people or people with disabilities who need Elevators to go from Beijing West Station to the hotel since no matter whether you take the pedestrian overhead bridge or underground tunnel, the options are only escalator and stairways. Some front desk staff members are friendly. The room was not properly cleaned—the facility is old, but there were soy sauce drops on the table that was not cleaned. The bathroom doesn’t have a lock. The black tile wall has a lot of mold. There is a temperature control panel thing in the room, but you have no control of the AC and the temperature was hot—outside 34 C and inside 28 C. The front desk said that they have no control of the central AC system, which belongs to the building. Apparently most guests get free breakfast buffet (7am-10am). The hotel should make many improvements.

Lovely hotel, perfect location, excellent for short staying, especially for those traveling from Daxing International airport to Beijingxi Railway station. Thanks to the heart warming services of the reception, I really enjoy the staying.

Upon arrival at the hotel, the receptionist told us to wait for several minutes, while she checked in other guests, she didn't know a word of English, she couldn't check us in. The walls in the room were scribbled. The staff called us several times and knocked before check out tjme (12:00).

Besides the location nothing is good.

房間很寬敞舒適， 服務態度很好，乾淨衞生，設施配置完善，安靜沒有噪音，離地鐵站特別近，對面就是北京西站北廣場，出行特別方便快捷

房間較小，但乾淨。隔音一般，服務熱情。離西站很近，主打一個方便快捷。出差住這裏很不錯，價格很親民，綜合考慮是不錯的！

酒店位置方便，就在北京西站北廣場附近。附近有超市（盒馬鮮生），有吃飯的地方。房間衞生，服務員服務都很好。挺好的，推薦。

房間乾淨整潔 前台服務超級棒 早餐也很好吃

每次去北京出差都住這裏，主要是方便衞生，出門進站10分鐘都要不了，雖然房間基本都是無窗房，但是房間都設計了假天井，不會叫人感覺壓抑，非常好！

這家酒店位置非常好，步行四五分鐘就到北京西站，交通也非常方便，前台服務特別好，非常熱情，房間乾淨整潔，會推薦給朋友入住！

酒店位置很方便，對面就是北京西站，門口就是公交車站，門口可打車，服務到位，早餐自助，口味不錯，酒店衞生乾淨，隔音較好！！

房間很大很寬敞，第一天入住的房間沒有窗子，跟前台服務人員説了以後，後面兩天給我們換了一間帶窗的房間，總體性價比高，服務熱情，乾淨整潔，交通方便，離地鐵站、公交站都很近。
