Beijing Lezai Nanluo Boutique Hotel recensioner

A very beautiful courtyard boutique hotel in a nice location right at the famous Nanluoguxiang. Room was clean with a small balcony for morning/ evening tea while enjoying the beautiful view of the courtyard. Staff was very helpful and friendly, some speaks basic English. There's daily breakfast buffet and afternoon tea including varieties of snacks, fruits and tea. The afternoon tea spreads into the night so you wont miss out even if you return to the hotel late in the evening. I gave a 4/5 for facilities simply because I do find the room slightly small for a group of 4. We struggle with floor space for luggage and a see-through glass door at the shower from the common basin area so if you're a group of friends, may pose some inconvenience to walk from 1 room to another when someone is showering. Otherwise, the hotel is a great place to stay, and even have a rooftop terrace to have a beautiful view of Beijing's Hutong! Highly recommended if you want to experience a courtyard living in Beijing!

Lezai is truly one of the best, if not the best, places I have ever stayed. Over the course of 12 nights, we were welcomed by the friendliest team, who made us feel like family. Their care and attention to detail were exceptional—from surprising us with a birthday cake to going above and beyond when we lost our phone in a DiDi car. Thanks to their efforts, we were able to recover it. When we fell sick for two days, the team took great care of us, ensuring we had everything we needed. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of six, providing comfort and plenty of space. Located in the heart of a bustling Hutong, Lezai is a stunning four-courtyard hotel that truly captures the charm of traditional Beijing. They serve delicious breakfast and high tea, and we were delighted to experience their special dumpling-making event on New Year’s Eve. It genuinely felt like a home away from home. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a warm, welcoming, and authentic stay!

The stay here was beyond our expectations! This place really made us feel like going home every evening. Excellent service of every single staffs here, from front desk, giving us directions of places near by, luggage help and etc. There are so generous with 24 hours drinks available at lobby, daily afternoon tea from2-9pm, include wonton soup and soup noodles, really awesome! Really good breakfast selection everyday. Also a lot of nice photo taking corners at this hotel! They even surprised my children with a beautiful cake during our last night here. We really want to come back here again when we are in Beijing again! Must mention the excellent help of 小闫 with our heavy luggages with a walking distance to meet our shuttle pick up.

This cute little boutique hotel sits just a little off the main attraction walking street off 南锣鼓巷 on 沙井胡同. call or WeChat them in advance to find out where to drop off your Didi ride. We came before check in time in the morning and they were so welcoming to let us have breakfast even though we haven't checked in. If only I could give 6 stars for their warm and friendly service. When they saw some of us were sick, they provided medicine at no charge. You'll feel so welcome and taken care of. There's also afternoon tea served 2pm to 9pm. Tea and coffee station is free access whole day with warm soy milk and warm mineral bottles, so you'll never be dehydrated. Special thanks to the entire team for taking good care of my wife during her last day as she felt very unwell.

At first we were lost and couldn’t find the hotel. The hotel staff was so kind to come find us and lead us to the hotel. We fell in love with the place the moment we stepped into the hotel. The little dining place was so cute, filled with traditional Chinese designs. The attic place was absolutely beautiful in the sunset. My highlight was definitely the moment I laid on the bed. The bed, the pillow, and the blanket, as if I was fully embraced by them. I didn’t want to wake up the next morning! The room and the bathroom were clean overall. We even got a surprise gift when we left. I love it!!! I highly recommend this place because it’s filled with so much old Beijing hutong flavours.

Service by the staff was excellent. Was surprised to find that they provide complimentary laundry service. They lost one of my socks, but promptly compensated me with two brand new pairs the next day. Breakfast was decent for a boutique hotel. Can’t beat the location - in the middle of Nan Luo Gu Xiang. But if you’re using Didi, you’re better off getting dropped off / picked up on the main streets and then take a 5min walk into the hotel. Alleyways are too narrow for most cars. They have a rooftop area accessible by all guests. Amazing view - you can see almost all the surrounding hutongs.

Very impressed with the entire setup and hospitality. Loved every minute of our stay. Convenient shopping street just outside. Vibrant location but not too busy. Rooms were large and comfortable.

The hotel is located in the middle of shopping and dining street which makes it perfect for travellers. Although it is located at a good location, there is not noise from outside. The environment of the hotel is very calm and authentic. The service provided by the staffs is excellent. All the staffs we met are so nice. Will definitely recommend to my friends.

This hotel was perfect for our first visit to China. The location is perfect: just off a long, bustling, pedestrian market street and a 10 min walk to a subway station so you can easily get anywhere else in Beijing. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. The room isn’t large, but there’s a large terrace area if you need more space to relax - in our case, we spent most of our time sightseeing anyway! Breakfast is also great. Thanks so much!

The hotel staff is wonderful. Breakfast amazing! However the bathroom could do with some upgrade!
