Very nice place

The breakfast is good. The dinner buffet price is attractive. I was upgraded to suite which was so big and nice.

Everything about my stay was perfect! The room is clean, not cold in winter, possibility to use the heater and the swimming pool is really clean. The room service is fast and warm! Truly recommand, I had a warm welcome and when I faced issues the staff could help me in English. The restaurant is Devine!

We loved this hotel. Central to lots of things in Beijing. Buffet breakfast was amazing and they upgraded our room on arrival. Highly recommend.

When we arrived, we were holding several luggage and waiting in front of the reception desk to be called, a receptionist looked at us and then continued her work, and the other receptionists also did not greet us until one of them finally asked if we wanted to be checked in. Wasn't that obvious? She flipped over our passports from top to bottom several times. I couldn't help myself to ask what she was looking for. She said the stamp of China entry, then I pointed it out for her. It's our last leg of China trip. Not any other hotels in other cities required this "evidence". I asked the concierge if they could book a taxi for us to the capital airport in advance before our departure date. He said no need to book and there are always staff at the reception and concierge desk. When we checked out at 5:50am, there was only one gentleman at the reception. I had to ask him if he could call a taxi for us. He picked up a phone and typed in something and then said we had to prepay the fare ¥148 first. No more communication after I paid it. Then we started to wait and didn't know which car we should look for. When we finally got in, the driver was not happy either. He complained if there was a traffic jam, the driver also couldn't change the route as it was a fixed package. The hotel is not very close to the metro station, and there is a big hurdle at the entrance of Chongwenmen station. You can imagine the situation when you carry a big suitcase to catch the train. There are not many restaurants around. However, the hotel breakfast was very good, a lot of varieties. Like most of Chinese hotels, no barista coffee. The breakfast finished at 10am. The rain shower was even weaker than the normal shower head. The toilet is an old style. Be careful when you put the seat down, it might make a loud bang. No bedside USB charging ports

This hotel is just spectacular. There were alot of eateries around as well as shopping malls with really good food options. The hotel even allowed us to checked in early which was really warming for us. The breakfast was the same menu for the two days stay, but definitely not complaining because the fried rice was purely amazing.

A good choice for central Beijing being 10 minute walk from Chongwenmen metro and walkable to Tianmen and Temple of Heaven.  The rooms are large and well equipped but the beds are extremely hard and after discussing with reception, they were kind enough to provide a mattress topper which made a big improvement The other big problem is that the rooms are very hot and airless - we visited in December and like most Chinese hotels at this time of year, set the central air conditioning to winter setting, meaning you have no independent control of the room temperature. Turning the fan up, only pumps more warm air into the room. We only coped by asking for the key to open the one small window which did let some fresh air in.  We did eat once at the evening buffet which is good and enormous choice with included soft drinks and beer. There are many local eating options only a short walk away.

The hotel is within walking distance to Chongwenmen metro and there are few shopping mall around. Beside the hotel there is a supermarket within the mall. Hotel location is great and is near Qianmen, Tiananmen and Wangfujing. Hotel staff is helpful and serve with heart. The room maintain very well and also clean. Definitely will go back and stay when back in Beijing.

Great service, great location, and the great breakfast. The room cleaning people are so nice. They always go by your schedule. We are thoroughly enjoyed this day for 13 days.前台和门卫还有房间打扫的员工都非常好，我们在这里住了13个晚上，每天打扫的员工都非常细心，按照我们的要求。有一位姐姐名字叫李金梅，她的服务非常好，你可以感觉到他很细心，而且关注到你需要什么肯定给你加好。下次一定还来住这家酒店。
