These groups represent a wide range of guests with different preferences and budgets, and it's inaccurate to label them as "cheap." On the day you mentioned, an unforeseen surge in the number of guests led to temporary congestion during the breakfast service. We have taken steps to optimize our buffet management, including increasing staff during peak hours and improving food replenishment procedures, to ensure a more pleasant dining experience for all guests in the future.​We regret the discomfort caused by the lack of air conditioning. Our hotel utilizes a central air conditioning system, which is regulated by the municipal government. It operates on a seasonal schedule for energy efficiency and environmental reasons. During your stay, the system was not yet in its cooling mode as per the city's regulations. We understand the inconvenience this caused, especially with the outside temperature, and we should have communicated this more clearly to you.​As for the minibar, the refrigerator is set to a standard temperature of 5 degrees Celsius to ensure the proper storage of beverages and snacks. However, we do offer the flexibility to adjust the temperature according to guests' specific requirements. The SCITECH Hotel completed all renovations and renovations according to the standards of a high star hotel by the end of 2017. The lobby is luxuriously decorated, and the guest rooms and floors are equipped with modern facilities and equipment. The hotel is located along Chang'an Avenue, the core area of Beijing's Jianguomen district. The main entrance of the hotel faces south and is conveniently accessible by any vehicle. The hotel is over 600 meters away from Line 1 and Line 2 (Northeast Exit) of Jianguomen Metro, and can be reached within a 10 minute walk. Welcome to visit our hotel again in the near future and continue to provide us with valuable feedback and suggestions!
