The hotel is near the scenic area. Have shuttle bus from parking area. Staff is friendly and much help

The location is not the one shown on the map, and the apartments are quite far from the city for those without a car. However, they arranged free transportation any time we wanted to get to and from the city. We also requested an early breakfast, which they forgot, but they refunded us the cost. The cleanliness of both the apartment and the building leaves much to be desired, but it does offer a beautiful view of the great wall.

This is a good budget option if you want to stay overnight near Gubei Watertown - but there are serious limitations. It was very confusing and quite stressful when we first arrived at the location provided - we couldn’t find the address given, but a local lady was very helpful and called the owners/managers for us and then a driver came to collect us. The address given is a meeting point, not the location of where you are actually staying. It was as we were driven to the 2 apartments (not rooms in an individual villa) that I realised we were not staying in or right at the Watertown as I thought we were. It was a 5-10 minute drive away. To be clear the managers were very friendly and always available on WeChat and the driver took us to and from the Watertown whenever we liked so that was fine - but it means you have to pay entry every time you enter the Watertown - which is expensive - so just take that cost into account. There also didn’t seem to be anywhere to eat at the apartment complex either but perhaps we couldn’t find it (it was a huge complex) so I recommend you eat before you go or take (especially breakfast) food with you. I booked two rooms with a view. One room had a GREAT view of the Great wall (photo included) and the other looked at nondescript trees and grass the other direction. Mainly I went on this special trip with my older parents to Gubei so it was disappointing that we weren’t really staying together in a villa - we were in a giant apartment building on separate floors.

First of all, the caring services provided by the lady and her staff were wonderful. They contacted us the day before we arrived and provided many tips and information. When we arrived at the bus station, they provided pick-up and also free taxi service to the local restaurants. The accommodation is modern and clean, you can also cook which is an added bonus. However, there are plenty of good restaurants around outside of the theme park. The views from the flats are stunning. Wish I could upload some pictures. I can definitely recommend it. 5 stars for sure.

I am very satisfied with the room quality and service at this hotel. The staff is friendly, the room is clean, and well-equipped. However, the hotel's location is not convenient, as it's quite far from the city center and main tourist attractions. The hotel staff also offers a car shuttle service, which somewhat compensates for the inconvenient location. I will definitely return and use the services of this hotel again.

the house is clean and give a cozy atmosphere. boss is so polite they take us to the house and even give a ride to back. Btw bed mattress is thin but yet so comfy. I love it. best reccomend

We had a 1 day trip to Gubei Watertown. We actually booked another hotel unfortunately there were some trouble happened so we found this hotel through Tripcom Customer Support. The owner is really kind and accommodating. He picked us up and also sent us to the parking lot where we parked our car. It took few minutes from the place we stayed in. If ever you go to Gubei Watertown I highly recommend this accommodation.

The information and location of this hotel is totally deceptive. They claim to be located next to the Watertown but when you get to the location they throw you into a shuttle and drive you first about 5kilometers away in the middle of nowhere. So every time you need to go to the Watertown you need to summon them so they can pick you up with the shuttle bus

前台沒有人，需要發身份證掃描件到一個四個人的羣裏。 一開始説辦理入住的人多，讓我發身份證掃描件，我説到了再説，事實證明就是沒人辦理入住所以讓發身份證掃描件 到了之後是晚上九點，這一片都是黑漆漆的，視野也不咋樣。 身份證打水印還説遮蔽到文字了不可以要打空白地方，不是那這水印還有必要嗎，注重私隱的人不要來哈。 以及不要定二期，這邊給你發的位置是一期的位置，結果最後來的地方是二期，二期真的特別坑 還有就是半夜過來打客服語音也不接，衹能在聲控燈不好的走廊裏（信號還很差）溝通到底怎麼開門 等到了半夜，有其他人入住的時候隔音極差，半夜一堆人嗚嗚超超的也在走廊不停的跺腳什麼的等客服發密碼開門 床非常非常硬，枕頭非常塑料的軟，人也睡不着，躺着睡屁股疼，側着睡腰疼 室內衞生情況很一般了，我晚上有抱着東西睡覺的習慣，結果開燈一看枕頭上有淡黃色大片污漬，純噁心

Полное несоответствие описанию и картинки с реальностью. Самое положительное это отзывчивые и гостеприимные хозяева. Это плюс, но жить там не комфортно, грязно, холодно ужасно, кондиционер не чистился видимо никогда и соответственно он не мог обогреть огромную комнату... На балконе было теплее , чем в номере.... На сутки норм) Разочарования не было, потому что сам город был прекрасен и природа и погода!

民宿位置不在景区內, 而在後山最高处, 幸好店家包接送, 不然便要徒步半小時. 環境非常清靜. 只可惜高处不勝寒, 而房間空調極不給力如同雪房. 浴室無供暖, 欲哭無淚. 几番折騰又換房, 空調稍好但被枕單薄如夏季, 試問在負4度的寒夜怎頂得住, 一夜難眠. 還好店家服务態度不差, 不過冬天真的極不適合入住.

地方很小，不適宜多人家庭入住，照片的波波池房只是連接天台走廊間出來的地方，設計十分危險，在古北水鎮的酒店或客棧入住更好。

這次在星空民宿的住宿體驗超棒!位置絕佳，周邊環境優美又安靜，出行便利。房間佈置温馨，設施齊全且乾淨整潔。房東熱情好客，不僅提前溝通注意事項，還給出很多遊玩建議。性價比超高，下次來還住這兒!

房間很乾凈，是景區外，不過店家有車接送很方便。我住的房間陽台剛好可以看見長城夜景，很不錯。老闆還貼心做了遊玩攻略，實用！
