Guohuai Fangxi Courtyard Hotel (Beijing Guang'anmen Subway Station) recensioner

This hotel indeed has a great location, but! 1. It is located deep in a hutong, and vehicles cannot enter. We had several suitcases and had to walk a long distance to get in, making it completely inconvenient. 2. The soundproofing is terrible. There were sounds from the next room from morning till night, which was really awkward. 3. The service is practically nonexistent. The front desk staff barely speak any foreign languages. Since this hotel ranks high on Trip.com, I really don’t know how it received such good reviews. If my foreign friends came alone, they would have a very difficult time. 4. The photos are completely misleading. The exterior looks beautiful in pictures, but in reality, the pool is dried up, and there are shared bikes parked inside. The so-called hotel lobby even had clothes hanging to dry. I’m sure it was really beautiful when it first opened, but now it’s basically in a state of complete neglect.

Me and my friends have stayed in this hotel for three nights, it wasn’t really as in the photos as it was under reconstruction! The team was kind but not really prepared as they could check us in, people of foreign passports, but we managed at the end! For the rest the rooms were okay and the location convenient

The main door cannot close easily, need to make a very loud hard push everytime when closing it. The shower water pressure is rather low, and water temperature is easily too hot.

Good location reasonable price for central Beijing but a bit noisy with bad sound proofing

Perfect hotel for our stay! Located where we needed it and quite and clean as few hotels before in china! Service was great and we will book again when we are back in Beijing

Location is not convenient as need to walk deep into the hu-tongs and no cars can reach its front door. If you have big or more than one suitcases, it is a bit difficult to manage by yourself. The staff were not friendly nor helpful at all. The rooms were not clean enough. eg. The drainage in the shower room was blocked. The staff just told you to clean up the hair under the drainage cap yourself. The outllok of the hotel and the rooms were overstated by the photos shown by the hotel. No restroom in the lobby. If you have checked out already and when you come back to take your luggage and want to use the toilet before heading to the airport, you have to find a public toilet. No breakfast (whether included in room rate or pay extra.). All in all, this one can only be a local hostel but not ready to serve int’l guests.

酒店位置十分方便！離廣安門地鐵站5分鐘路程，如果是去大興機場也只需轉兩趟地鐵之後出閘轉草橋到機場地鐵直達！全程50分鐘左右！如果去環球影城坐7號線地鐵直達👍外賣也挺多選擇的！

酒店在報國寺西夾道，非常local的小巷子裏，都是本地人居住。沿着巷子一直走有一個院子，那就是酒店。院中一顆巨大的槐樹，310歲的古樹了，環境很好，安靜愜意。房間就是標準的酒店樣子了，衞生、服務、設備都不錯。

地理位置優越，離地鐵站超級近，衚衕深處的小院，屋內面積夠大舒服，近牛街吃飯方便。

距離地點當蠻近的，性價比很高，該有的設施都有。 雖然沒辦法跟飯店比，但只是要過夜住宿這個地方蠻適合，感覺貼緊當地人的生活環境。 離牛街很近，吃東西算蠻方便的。
