I had a really pleasant stay at this hotel in Beijing. The staff were excellent — very friendly, considerate, and always helpful. They even helped me receive and take care of my Taobao deliveries, and assisted with packing, which I really appreciated. The room was comfortable and quiet, with comfy beds. I slept very well during my stay, and the air conditioning worked perfectly without being noisy, which made a big difference. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk from Wangfujing main street, so it’s easy to get around and find food and shopping. Another nice touch was the free late-night snacks — they offered porridge and side dishes, which was great after a long day. Overall, the staff’s service really stood out. They were friendly, responsive, and quick to help with anything I needed :)

The hotel offers good service, the staff is kind and helpful, you wont feel like a stranger in Beijing. You just need to make sure you book a room with a window, if you need it.

bed is good, we sleep good.. there are washmachines that we can use and its free.. in the midnight i was awake and went to toilet and i smell a bit of cigaret smoke, i think its from another room so i turn on the exhouse fan and close the toilet door and the smell didnt enter sleeping room. staff & front desk are nice. airco works well (we can set temperature as we want). overall im satisfied staying at madison hotel. recommended. didi also easy to find n drop off infront of hotel.

While the hotel is a little aged and to be honest, there are no major facilities, we still feel that it’s a lovely hotel to stay in. Our stay was made wonderful by the staff who were nothing but hospitable. They provided us an early check in as we were a group with young children & elderly, and would assist us earnestly with all our enquiries. The location of the hotel is great too, located within walking distance from Wang Fu Jing walking street but yet away from the hustle. Drop off & pick up by Didi was also super convenient. Breakfast wise was honestly quite basic but it sufficed for our group. There’s also a halal restaurant just next door which served good beef noodles. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel.

Great central location close to shops. Big sized room and beds, good water pressure and housekeeping and modern laundry room.

Has plenty of water. Breakfast was nice. Staff was very respectful and professional. Has some small sweets and snacks provided in the room that i found nice

Hotel and staff is excellent! Only setback is the central air control system, we need air conditioning but due to outside weather is cold, hotel only have heater air but not cold air 😥

The hotel are good, the staff even help me to get late check-out in the same room, of course they have to check the room availability.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious enough for our family. We opted for a smaller room, but it came with a window. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, we were able to walk to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City on our own. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and the subway station is within walking distance. The breakfast, though simple, was sufficient to start the day, offering bread, butter, eggs, coffee, yogurt, and a wide variety of Chinese dishes. If needed, I would gladly stay at this hotel again.

Great location at wangfujing with many shopping malls ard. Rooms are clean and best when there's a robot to bring your ******* up. Staffs also helped with our early check in and really appreciate it since we had an red eye flight and arrived in beijing in the early hours.

Overall, they provided good and friendly service, a bit of delay in cleaning the room for check in. But they kept us updated which was good😀

Fantastic service especially the manager and a front desk lady I’ve totally forgotten her name sadly 😞 They changed us to another room as the original one was very noisy.
