Jag bokade ett hotell i Qiuguo baserat på recensioner och betyg online. Adressen är mycket bra och det är mycket bekvämt att resa runt i Sanlitun. Jag bokade ett fönsterlöst rum för första natten. Trots att rummet var litet var första intrycket att det var rent och snyggt. Men så fort jag öppnade dörren slog en värmevåg i ansiktet. När jag gick och la mig kl. natt kändes det som ett torkrum som väckte mig från värmen. Jag vaknade oroligt och min mun och hud var så torra att de höll på att spricka. Den sista lösningen som personalen gav var att justera luftkonditioneringen i rummet till 20 grader Celsius, och att slå på kylningen på natten på vintern.Detta var också den första upplevelsen i mitt liv. Jag kände mig lite kall när jag sov sent på natten😅. Jag förnyade min bokning för ett rum med fönster nästa dag. Det första rummet luktade cigarettrök (jag är inte rökare), så jag bytte till ett annat rum, men badrummet såg inte särskilt rent ut. I processen att hantera problemet gav hotellreceptionisten intrycket att han inte hade en stark känsla för service och hade en likgiltig attityd. Efter min begäran och erbjudandet om gratis rumsuppgraderingar för Ctrip-medlemmar gav han mig motvilligt gratis frukost och rumsuppgraderingar. Oväntat var städningen i rummet efter uppgraderingen ännu mer nedslående. Så fort jag kom in i rummet luktade det starkt av avloppsvatten. Efter det hade tandborstens mugghållare fortfarande spår av vitt vatten, alkali eller tandkrämsvatten ( förutom färgen på själva mönstret). Rengör det själv. , det kommer att anses vara renare. Det fanns tydligare vattenmärken på glasväggarna på toaletten och badrummet, samt rester av hår och plastpapper.När jag anmälde det till receptionen tittade pojken likgiltigt på mig och frågade mig om jag hade några önskemål? Den attityden verkade som om jag letade efter problem och ville dra fördel. Jag sa att ni borde städa upp och jag ska ta en titt när jag kommer tillbaka från ärenden. Nästa dag gick jag till gymmet för att träna och upptäckte att det inte fanns några handdukar eller dricksvatten (standard på hotellgym). Träningsutrustningen var rörig och det låg papperslappar på golvet. Jag trodde att jag satte vattnet och handdukar i skåpet, bara för att upptäcka att det fanns påskägg överallt. . Det finns också något som ser ut som en yoghurtlåda placerad på den höga hyllan i skåpet.Denna hylla är väldigt hög. Till sist vill jag säga att många detaljer behöver förbättras, bland annat medarbetarnas servicemedvetenhet och städpersonalens arbetsträning. Ett sista tillägg, hotellfrukosten var mycket bra.De två anställda på cateringavdelningen var mycket aktiva och entusiastiska, vilket fick folk att känna sig lite varm på vintern.

Jag checkade in på natten och lakanen i rummet var inte rena. Jag kontaktade receptionen och de bytte uppsättningen i fyra delar. Det fanns urinfläckar på toaletten. Mycket dålig incheckningsupplevelse. Jag bokade ett timrum för tentamen och stannade i rum 302. Efter att jag checkat in hördes ett högt fläktljud i rummet. Jag frågade receptionen om det fanns ett fläktljud i rum 302 Receptionen frågade andra kollegor i telefon och sa till mig att det inte fanns någon fläkt. Jag föreslog att de skulle komma och lyssna och berättade att det inte fanns tillräckligt med vilotid här. De föreslog att byta rum. Klockan var redan mycket tätt, och bytet av rumskortet var försenat i cirka tio eller tjugo minuter. Det var mycket tid i korridoren när man bytte rum. Det hörs ett högt fläktljud. Jag undrar om hotellet är *? Efter omklädning fick jag knappt vila. När jag checkade ut gick jag förbi receptionen. Receptionen såg mig lämna tillbaka två rumskort och muttrade. Jag antar att de sa att jag hade för många saker att göra, så jag sa det igen. Gå och lyssna själva för att se om det finns något ljud. De sa att ledaren kommer snart. Jag vet inte om han gick till slut. Jag väntar fortfarande på feedback från Qiu Guo om skanning QR-koden för att klaga. Jag har inte fått något svar än.

avoid this hotel at ALLLLLL COST if you want to enjoy your stay in beijing 😍😍😍
i have been to at least 10 different hotels in china including those that are super cheap like 100 rmb per night (this is 800rmb per night)
initially i did not trust all those negative reviews about this hotel and i still choosed to stay here LOL but i regretted staying here for 6 nights oh my god this is crazy??? like firstly why do i need to walk 20 minutes 20 okay TWENTY minutes to the metro station? the location is so bad and basically 1 hour of jam and ride to everywhere through taxi. but i have to say there are many restaurants that are expensive downstairs so if you want affordable food dont come here. 😆😆😆😆😆
the hotel lighting is so so so so bad, you scared i see those dirts in the hotel is it? The lighting is so bad like those cheap hotels for 21 and above if ykyk… the only source of light is like the picture LOL no light above and just a few small lights and i cant even see my screen at night 8pm… maybe they are considerate so i can sleep earlier with no lights 😍😍😍😍
the bed. i am talking about the family room with a single bed is those bed you can find in rmb 50 hotel LOL dont bother paying and break your spine staying here. I mean what i say, it is those bed with bad springs… sleeping for 6 nights is a nightmare.
girl and the toilet smells like stinky pee… even the toilet outside smells better than the one in the room… like??? i have to hold my breath everytime peeing… the whole room design just does not make any sense.
And taobao parcel is like everything just there and you have to find yourself and others might just take and go so be aware!!! They dont keep parcels for you.
There are so much more incident but i am too lazy to type, just avoid this hotel ngl.
but the staffs are so sweet and nice say real shout out to them for dealing with my complains they are so so nice!!! Thank you to the staffs!!! ☺️☺️☺️

We booked this hotel last minute vis Trip.com and found it super easy to get to. One downside at the entrance is there is no ramp (we had a toddler with a pram daily) but there are only a few steps so it is easy to get over them. Everything else is great, very well kept rooms and service was always really fast and convenient. The location is really good and is honestly only a 5 min walk to Tuan jie hu station which makes going to all the places really easy. Tai Koo Li is also only a 5 min walk.

When we checked in, the room was still dirty and needed cleaning. the shower and the toilet did not work properly. in the early morning the garbage is cleaned just outside our window and made noise for a long time.
aside from this, location is good, bed was comfortable.
would not mind to stay again but not my preference.
