Best hotel in Beijing! Great location & superb service from all the staff. Room service food was delicious and portion is big. Room is very clean and we had the best view too!

Nice hotel in the heart of Business Beijing. Thanks to the receptionist who welcome us and gave us upper floor with the view on CCTV. Super friendly.

As a photographer, location and views are everything - and JEN Hotel delivers on both. A golden hotel in every sense - so good, you won’t even need to consider alternatives.

It is conveniently located for easy access to the international airport, which is only a 30-minute drive away. SanWuTang Chinese Brunch Restaurant comes highly recommended. If you want to try the most exotic Beijing food, they have it everything.

Nice hotel in a business part of Beijing, great location, very well maintained rooms and other facilities. Would definately recommend staying here. 

Everything about the hotel is perfect. Very nice room, great location and view, nice staff with good English. Not best rating because I tried to modify my booking and i couldn't do it. Even tho the front desk lady said i can change it the app didn't allow me.

It's great for a NYE staycation. Lots of great restaurants are connected to JEN through the China World Mall. Views of the CCTV tower are excellent.

This is a very good hotel with lots to offer and many, many ammenities. They also gave me sparkling wine and snacks upon check in. There is a mall next to/connected to the hotel which is very convenient. The hotel also has an absolutely amazing bar call Beersmith. It's my favourite in Beijing with live music almost every night and they make their own beer and ciders. My friend wasn't allowed to check in because her passport was at the embassy. They refused even when she had photos of her passport and visa pages. I understand this is government policy but the people in front of us were also refused. They told us this is a common problem so I think they should try to find some solutions that doesn't involve losing money and customers. I am thankful that she got her money back and I know they were trying to help us the best they can but just make sure you meet the requirements before you spend money and try to check in.

Love this hotel so much! Room is very clean, modern and big with complete amenities and great view. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Next to the hotel is China World Mall which you can shop till you drop. I would highly recommend Jen Beijing by Shangri-la to anyone who visit Beijing.

Sort of hard to find and limited access to hotel entrance.. Also, limited English Skills at any location..

Super convenient location, great price, all round just a pretty solid hotel that I’ll come back to when it makes sense to be in the area.

I am impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff to help with our queries. And they have quickly solved our issues too.  The hotel is centrally situated with the nearby mall which make the us getting our things conveniently. I wanted to share that the bed and pillows are most comfortable to sleep into too.
