good location and clean rooms, always the first option in Beijing

Stayed here for 7 nights and I’m rating this apartment and their room for 2/5. Usually I booked my stay with hotel but this time round wanted to try something slightly spacious since we stay a bit longer. This apartment is shared with a hotel in one building. The room size is quite spacious, but they only provide house keeping every 3 day. The air conditioning system is quite bad that we even have to ask for a standing fan. The location is near to a subway station, some taxi drivers having difficulty to allocate the apartment. There is a stain on the clean towel they provided. The WiFi connection is not sufficient and slow. The common lounge area quite small and it is not cozy as it seen on picture. The breakfast service is shared with the hotel so it is quite decent. They don’t replenish the toilet papers, waters or amenities unless you go to the reception and ask for it. The reception staff not so welcoming neither. Overall our staying experience is underwhelming and disappointing. For the price that we paid for the suite, there are even better hotel options out there. So lesson learned, always opt for hotel than apartment.

Location is great and staff is really, really nice. Room is spacious and with modern design. Big like. I will consider booking again in the future but I do think cleaning could be improved definitely and guys - you should have TVs in all the rooms. We need TVs please. And also more water in rooms. As a service apartment it should be little bit more amenities in room.

Stey Sanlitun Beijing is a clean, well-maintained hotel with spacious rooms and a great location near local bars, perfect for nightlife. However, it can be difficult to find at night due to limited signage, but once there, its proximity to popular spots makes it a convenient choice for travelers.

Stayed night over at Stey. Located stones throw away from Sanlitun. Overall its good stay at Stey. Receptionist guy helped me to book delivery food. And shared with me his bbq. Only one thing is they need to replace window of room 503. Window lock didnt close tight, it has gap. And cold air comes into room by that gap. You can hear that wind noise.

The hotel is like home too many facilities, well located, coffee, tea, kitchen. The stuffs are amazing. the room conform is very good.

disgusting rooms and I was literally woken up by cigarette smoke. I’m fairly sure the rooms have terrible isolation. Will never stay again.

Spacious room, nice location, great service and people. Just need to work a bit more on the cleaning.

The location is perfect, close to the metrostation, with loads of bars, restaurants and other establishments nearby.

Great location, good breakfast downstairs, friendly staff, and fast elevators. I recommend coming here if you are solo traveling or with a couple.

Like this hotel very much. My room is spacious, the breakfast is good, laundry room on 5th floor is really help us to wash the clothes. This is the only hotel from my entire trip in china that the staff can speak english ! Nearest subway station is Tuanjiehu Station EXIT D with escalator.
