It’s good to stay here. Really nice accommodation. Good service. Next time I will come back again.

The first thing that impresses me about the hotel is the efficient and friendly front desk staff. Hotel room amenities are wonderful, full kitchen and laundry all included. Even the washing powder is provided. We are offered free breakfast as I made a mistake of not picking the with-breakfast option. Breakfast is very good, restaurant is large and clean. Food spread is satisfying. The hotel may be rather far from the city but it is very easy to get to city centre by Didi (taxi). It cost about RMB 60 and 30 minutes per trip. It’s also easy to travel by subway+didi and much cheaper RMB 18 and the trip is about 45 minutes from Raffles Shopping Centre.

Nice hotel and will stay again next time

It’s the 12th time booking into this hotel and I keep coming back because the location is convenient for me and front desk staff is good .I also love the amenities.The major problem I have however is cleanliness.Cleanliness is very poor .I realized that the cleaners don’t bother cleaning well during your stay .Yesterday I left for a meeting and came back to a dirty room.The dishes were not done ,the bathroom was not cleaned ,things were just the way I left them except for the bed .The pot and plates I found in the cupboard were not well washed from the last time the last guest used them .It’s like they just rinse with water and put into the cupboards for the next guest .The woman responsible for cleaning the 9th floor need to improve because this is not the first time .

From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the level of hospitality and service provided by the hotel staff. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the staff were welcoming and friendly.My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean. The decor was modern and stylish, and the amenities provided made my stay even more enjoyable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept soundly every night. The bathroom was also very clean. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and well-located place to stay. The level of service and attention to detail provided by the staff.truly made my stay a memorable one. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

大興性價比超高的酒店，離萬達廣場很近，已經和女朋友來了好幾次了，酒店內的設施都特別好，廚具都是雙立人的，床也特別軟躺起來特別舒服，因為之前來過幾次，這次前台給升級成了行政大床房了，特別寬敞，體驗特別好，非常適合來大興這邊玩的情侶，價格也很划算，我心目中的大興酒店top1

Хороший отель. Мы приехали раньше и нас бесплатно заселили. В отеле есть робот, который доставляет напитки, но работает только через вичат. Расположение очень далековато от центра, постоянно добираться только на такси.

酒店從設計，設施，服務，都很專業，也很有人文關懷。之前入住朋友急性腸胃炎叫了救護車，酒店有專人配合，這次來出差一週沒洗好的衣服洗烘超過退房時間也幫延時退房啦。

一個字好 北京新的區域 一切都是新的2021年開業的嘿嘿 前台服務也好 2025年蛇來運轉 祝願大家2025年後都越來越好質的飛躍

酒店大堂寬敞明亮，還有一個茶室可以談事情時的一個密閉空間，休閑中心有電腦可以使用很方便，前台服務很棒，房間衞生挺乾淨，新開3年酒店設施也很新，周圍挺安靜，挺不錯的酒店。

設施比較新，有泳池和健身房 房間衞生很乾凈， 地理位置還可以，可以免費停車，就是離地鐵有點遠但是有公交，周圍很安靜 前台和客房的服務態度很和諧 總體很滿意，值得推薦。
