Very bad attitude for front desk staff, face looks like you own her millions during check in, second day in the hotel's restaurant also with very bad attitude. The location is far from the city.

Terrible! It was saying on the website the hotel might be worse because of construction but it actually is totally awful. Expensive and doesn’t look like the pictures. It’s difficult connecting to wifi, there is noise all day coming from the workers, the room had an awful smell, even though we were given a portable air conditioner by the staff, the included breakfast wasn’t that good and the view from the room was bad. Definetely not worth the price! Couldn’t ask for refund because I don’t speak Chinese unfortunately. Do not recommend!

The breakfast was quite good and the staff helped us with our request to call a taxi, which was highly appreciated. Overall, good for a one night stay.

if there was a negative star, i would definitely give it. it was the most horrendous hotel experience we have ever had! To name a few: The subways rush over in front our windows every 5 minutes; there is no shower at all, you have to shower over the toilet!!!!! The room is very tiny and dark! The entire facility smells like cigarettes even though our room was smoke free! we booked two nights, had to leave after the first sleepless night due to the unbearable experience!!!! Trip.com should definitely delist it!

The washroom drainage pipes are blocked and the water is stuck inside the washing room. Once complained nothing was fixed for the entire 4 nights. The room is old and the sheets were never changed for the entire stay at the hotel. Not recommended to stay based on hotel facilities, but with the location it is close to the metro station.

這酒店雙人間簡直太讚了！空間足夠大，床超舒服，還有免費Wi-Fi，玩累了直接倒頭就睡，性價比爆表，學生黨可以考慮一下
