The hotel was very good. On the arrival day I got help from a female receptionist she was really good. She explained everything to me in English and helped me when I needed help. She went above and beyond to make sure I was properly assisted. On the second day there was also another female receptionist who was also very helpful. I would recommend this hotel to others.

前台服務很好，有訂房後的確認，對房間的喜好詢問，備註好客人的需求和喜好。入住後的電話詢問是否對房間的滿意和需求。離店後的詢問入住體驗及建議。同時前台工作人員小郭積極幫忙解決問題，盡職盡責，房間的網絡也是很穩定，房間乾淨整潔有序舒適，樓層大姐服務也很是主動。整個酒店也做到了賓至如歸的感覺！

預訂時看到這是一家老的酒店，因為距離辦事地點很近就選擇了他家。本想着沒有亮點結果到了後才發現老酒店還是有回家的感覺！從一進門前台的服務員小郭和小李就熱情的打招呼，把酒店的一些設施介紹的很清楚，再到進入樓中看到的服務員都會微笑點頭和我打招呼，真的有老朋友的感覺！辦完事情退房時還問我需不需要幫忙叫車，真是很不錯的酒店！一定還會來住並推薦給朋友的！

出差來北京，選擇的酒店離南站很近，很方便！酒店前台提前給我打了電話，詢問了房間需求並且給我發送了位置和方便的乘車方式，非常貼心。辦理入住也非常快速，房間乾淨整潔，令我驚喜的是，check-in後又打來電話詢問我房間是否滿意，服務太讚了👍，以後還會選擇住這家酒店！
