This hotel have The Keys deposit 1,000 CNY , even the 3stars hotel does not ask for deposit , but can check out late 1h and another are ok. Even the 3 stars these days didn't ask for any deposit at all. This is not how you treat a guest.

It is a good hotel to stay with my family. It is relatively clean because it is a new facility. I would like to spend my next vacation with Shogang Shangri-La and thank you for your kindness.

Great newly opened hotel. Cool industrial architecture located in a former building of the Shougang park. Great service, good food and swimming pool (plus play room for extra charge). Shougang park itself is also definitely worth a visit. Recommended for a staycation in Beijing

2024-2025 年春節攜家人來首鋼香格里拉感受不一樣的春節，聽説首鋼有第一屆春季遊園會，提前囤了票，選擇住香格里拉酒店酒店設施完善尤其是洗澡噴頭開關和調節按鍵在牆上不用抬着頭調熱水涼水這點很方便！客服會提前1天打電話還特意準備了寶寶拖鞋和浴液超級完美！不過作為親子酒店這裏小童樂園不大我順着窗户看了一眼覺得太低幼了酒店一層的小童遊樂活動多數收費還學習的手藝不多大多數是賣東西的感覺是高級版微縮廟會！酒店前台送了首鋼區域地圖感覺在這裏住宿逛街跟在外星球一樣！到處找鋼鐵直男的痕跡……不過春節期間沒啥介紹的五一劇場經過了好幾遍也沒對外開放！冰場近在眼前就是找了三圈也沒找到！聽説遠處的石景山山不高但很難爬大冷天就不想嘗試了！不知道這裏怎麼做到又荒涼又熱鬧的！酒店安排的房間視野還不錯早起看到有人放風箏心情大好！不過酒店電視沒啥頻道啊！很少見五星級酒店就二十幾個電視頻道的！感覺首鋼玩兩天足以四天太多了！

酒店整個設計讓人舒適度極高綠植非常多而且都很新鮮保養的很好早餐種類也很多健身房游泳設施齊全酒店周圍用餐選擇較多值得一提的是壹公館食材新鮮服務到位想要放鬆兩天過個小週末是非常好的選擇

這是一家擁有自己獨特魅力的酒店，從所處地理位置到酒店裝修，值得打卡晚上自助餐（開始衹想進去了解一下餐品，卻遇到特別熱情耐心的小姐姐）嘗試後特別滿意早餐很豐盛，品質很優越再有機會一定會再次光顧，也會極力推薦給有需要的朋友們

在酒店業來説可是一件藝術品了，不得不佩服這個酒店的設計師，其工程之龐大造價之昂貴，豈是我們都可以入住的😻（意思説能定上房），再加上服務態度那麼好。為什麼這樣説，他之前是一個很大的工廠🏭改造的，分兩部分前廳是大堂吧，餐廳，前台一些功能性部門，後廳就是客房了。前廳是調高4層樓左右的空間，可想以前工廠這部分多大，有個連廊連接後面客房，隨處可見工廠的氣息，但又沒有很突出，和酒店風格呼應特別舒服，設計師真的之要加雞腿。在北方室內有那麼大片的綠植還大部分人熱帶植物，那也就真的極少，每走一步都是景，還能聽到鳥語聞到花香！在這住的幾天，經常能看到一些人特意過來打卡拍照參觀。酒店私密性也很強，如果外地來旅遊的朋友住這家酒店，一定要多留出來一天好好逛逛這個園區，我因為平時也會來吃飯夜景也都看多了，但還是就在園區裏足足呆了幾天沒出去，很放鬆，住在這就是給自己放個假，從辦入住到離開每個接觸到的工作人員都很熱情，特別表揚接待我的三名工作人員karen jessie rocky，真的有賓至如歸的感覺，去大堂吧消費過，大堂吧工作人員也很好👍
