Very great service and accommodation!

I had seen better hotels in Beijing that were cheaper but I ended up booking this hotel because of its location. The room was extremely small for the price. Furthermore, I ordered breakfast as part of my stay. To my disappointment, breakfast was back and only catered for Chinese guests. Always the same everyday. The gym was ok but they allowed people to smoke in the gym which made me uncomfortable and reluctant to use it. Overall, very disappointed and will not be using this hotel again.

The hotel is in a very strategic location and kept very clean, with daily housekeeping. Despite the language barrier, the staff are extremely helpful and always do their best to assist.

Good service. I arrived at 8am and reception manager was kind enough to give me an upgrade so that I could check in early to rest before my 9am meeting. Even though normal check in time is afternoon. Hotel room is a bit small but well planned, newly renovated, very clean, nice amenities. Great location. Will stay again.

The best hotel that I have stayed in Beijing, better than 5 star hotel and other hotel I have stayed in Beijing. Excellent front desk service especially the morning shifters. Highly recommended to those who are coming to Beijing. Modern and comfortable hotel with delicious breakfast. This is so far the only hotel that I’m willing to spend time and write a review as it is too good ❤️

it does not smell good in the entire building including the room... fitness center is poorly equipped...

Check-in process was difficult due to the language barrier - It took about 20 minutes to check-in, as the staff at the desk would only respond to the questions they wanted to ask, rather than me show them my booking from Trip.com on my phone. Room was very nice and modern - I was advised at check-in that I had been given a room upgrade which was positive. Unfortunately, despite the air conditioning in the room being set to cooling, the temperature in the room was 26.3 degrees (Please see picture of air conditioning panel) I did not sleep well because of the high temperature in the room, and I was also woken at 3:30am due to noise in the room above me, which went on for 30 minutes. Room was supposed to be non-smoking, but as with many hotels in China, I found that the toilet in the room smelt of smoke, and there was cigarette ash on the toilet floor. Great size TV in the room with access to many of the latest international films, which had English subtitles. The biggest problem was breakfast - Very good selection of Chinese food options, but nothing else - No breakfast cereals, no fruit juice etc. The dining room was also very worn and tired looking. Due to the limited breakfast food options, I did not have much for breakfast. Despite the above, and because the room was nice, in the morning when checking out, I asked for an email address to contact the hotel to make enquiries about resolving my concerns from my stay, and also rates for future stay of 30 days (without breakfast), but they could not provide me with an email address.

Good hotel near central business district, friendly staff

Comfortable, clean and tidy. In a great location - easy access to the subway, and walking distance from several places. Friendly staff (who don’t all speak English but are still very nice and proactive). I’d stay there again as I really enjoyed it. But the gym needs improvement!

Good location, just the Beijing traffic is annoying. No parking. Room is good and clean

Very nice and clean hotel with good location. Very convenient and walking distance to SKP Beijing Mall and many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The front desk helped me free upgrade to a bigger room. Bed is not soft which I like the most. Pillows are comfy too. Will definitely come back to stay again.
