Our apartment was upgraded to one on the 13th floor. We were met outside and shown to our room. We liked the duplex arrangement with an upper WC abd lower shower/WC / washing machine. The double bed was comfortable, the 2nd bedroom simply a mattress on the elevated floor, which was OK. There was an excellent coffee house (Relax) on the opposite side of the road, plus a barber and other small shops. The Subway was only 350m away with easy access to Beijing. Supermarket and restaurants/ bakery by Subway Station. We didn't use the small kitchen as we always eating out! Would definitely return again.

It was good location in center near metro station and malls food spots. But it was not clean, however apartment is cool

We were very happy to stay at this apartment, it's located conveniently at subway station Songjiazhuang with lines 5 and 10. The Full mall features shopping and restaurants. Apartment was clean and catered a double bed, a double matress under the roof and a foldable single bed. Perfect for our family of 4. The central home system on a table was fancy, the airconditioning quite responsive. We got in contact with the owner via Wechat and he made sure a friendly lady picked us up when we arrived by Didi taxi. She showed us the exits to the street, via the stairs on the back of the building or via the restaurant kitchen in the basement.

Do not recommend at all , this is not a services apartment hotel just a normal residency apartment , but since we book under trip we believe this is legal listing , unfortunately we had to use the loading lift not the main lift because police is there to investigate for the illegal renting unit , person who mange told us not to go out if not we had to go police station to make a statement , she seem so scare .
这个不是公寓式酒店，这个很明显是私人小区。一组人组了几十家公寓装修成一样再放在平台上转租出去。我们是因为相信trip 平台才订的。没想到是这样的，钱也给了也只能住。4 晚里面我们被告知不能用主电梯要用货梯，有一晚还不能出去吃晚餐因为警察过来调查非法转租，这一刻我们才彻底知道这个不是合法的。对方警告我们不要出去不然被抓了得上警察局，我说我们在合法平台上订的有问题也是平台和你们的责任。她威胁我们说要是被抓了就算没责任也需要去警局浪费时间录口供。我真的无语了。清洁不到位，反正我们觉得被骗了，一开始选择这样的是因为我们有三个孩子，而且我们去了那么多国家公寓式酒店一直都有，只是第一次在中国遇到非法的

Stayed here for a one day staycation with friends and had a very good experience. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. The staff was also very kind and helpful. The location is close to subway station, shopping mall and many restaurants. Recommeneded!
