Ibis Hotel (Beijing Changxutian Street) recensioner

i was lucky to get windows room. nice hotel nothing special but good price . i was near rhe elevator and the delivwry robot was a little annoying.

Love this hotel. It's new and service are excellent. The staff is very enthusiastic and helpful. Nit so far from the city centre

I’m an American solo traveler that had a lovely stay at this IBIS. It started off a little rocky but it ended up being a very nice & relaxing stay. The hotel was about a 10-12 minute walk from the metro & a couple of huge malls. Also, there was a delicious Muslim restaurant next door that I ate at every day. Being a westerner it’s been hard to partake in some of the local Chinese cuisine but I really liked that place. But special kudos goes out to the manager “July”. She was an amazing hostess that booked me a couple day trips throughout Beijing and gave me great tips about navigating throughout the city. She was completely attentive & had a lovely presence. Would go back just for her! She was amazing as well as most of her staff! I would highly recommend a stay at this location & the prices were extremely reasonable. When I’m in Beijing I will definately stay here again. Thanks so much July! She rocked! 👍🏽👏🏽

Needed to stay a night before joining a conference. Served the purpose. Lift went out of order but the Manager, Ms. July was very kind and went out of the way to offer a free breakfast. Breakfast was ok

Highly recommended! Outstanding value for the money and easily the best hotel stay I had in Beijing at that budget. The rooms are comfy and the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Normally, I'd subtract a point for the location (it's roughly a 1km walk to the next subway station and from there it'll be a 15 ride to have access to the other subway lines), but on the plus side there are lots of malls, supermarkets, restaurants and other venues in the immediate area. Will definitely be staying here on any future trips to Beijing.

Front Counter staff quite helpful . Hotel needs some renovations and upgrade to amenities like more laundry machine and no need carpet floors.Better shower pressure with instantaneous hot water. Overall good location and happy with stay.

Not that bad overall. However, the room often smelled to cigarette smoke from other rooms and the daily room cleaning wasn’t the best. They do have robots to send you delivery and helped us with a nice late checkout

We are international travelers and the host welcomed us with happiness and they all are very friendly. Loved the stay and surely comeback

They can’t speak a word english, so it is pretty hard to communicate

Customer service was lovely, everything went smoothly.

We had a comfortable stay. The location is good. It’s a little far from nearest metro, but taxis and DiDi are available. Good options if eating out.

The staff are courteous, pleasant and very helpful. The hotel is very clean.. extended my stay for 4 more nights!

There was a lady speaking English which helped us a lot and the hotel is tourist friendly.

The hotel is in the 6th ring. Most attractions are on the 2nd ring. Due to traffic, taking a taxi would take around 45 minutes from the hotel to the attractions. Our bad as we didn’t know about this. There was a slight construction outside but it did not bother us in the morning to late morning and at night. Doors are pretty thin so we could hear the cleaners knocking on doors of other rooms. Only one lift. There was lots of snacks provided in the hotel lobby. A nice restaurant right next to the hotel as well.
