Great service .

Very clean and decent hotel equipped with high technology. I feel so home during my stay there. I had a relaxing night

The staff at the counter processed my room very immediately. In no time I got my room. They were pleasant and explained clearly to me my room. I asked how I could go to the station from the hotel and they directed me me the way. I receed the station the night before so that I would not be confused the next day. I was glad the hotel took me about 10 minutes to reach the train station. Not a problem. We went around the mall. Easy. Room was clean with newly automatic switches and music while you shower. It was a pleasant stay only thing tv screen options were in chinese so I had to take sometime to choose a show. But that was not a big issue. I love the hotel. Clean and new.

Clean, close to Beijing train station, friendly staff and very good breakfast.

Very good hotel, 5 minutes for Beijing west station. We loved its quietness (even so close to the station), bed comfort and relaxing shower music.

酒店房間比較小，但在北京三環寸土寸金的位置也算是麻雀雖小五臟俱全，關鍵是酒店位置不錯，後門走到北京西站可以直接北進站口出發。客房衞生還好，但網絡真是灰常灰常慢，電視除了看電視台節目基本都打不開，要緩沖一輩子～浴室水温偏低，背景音樂蠻貼心。不曉得是北京水質的問題還是燒水壺的問題，燒開的水上總有一層油光，基本講還OK～

這家酒店最讓我不舒服的是服務員的極其不專業的態度，聞所未聞。首先客人們都在吃着早飯，一個女工作人員突然從餐廳角落的房間走出來，穿着睡裙光着腿，堂而皇之的橫穿餐廳走向另一側的可能是更衣室一類的……住過這麼多酒店，這種景象讓我瞠目結舌。二我定了兩晚都是有早餐的，辦理入住時前台給了我一天的早餐券這也是少見的，不應該一起給嗎？當然這也沒必要計較，結果等到第二次吃早餐時，和我説吃之前和前台説下，拿到券立馬可以進去吃，結果去拿券時前台和我説，我沒有早餐的……所以我要白吃一頓早餐？後來説哦沒看清楚，所以這是酒店服務人員的素養？三第二天讓酒店打掃房間，回來時一看好像沒打掃，毛巾就隨意的放在櫃子裏，後來打掃阿姨説，第二次打掃毛巾就可以隨便疊的，不需要和第一天進來住一樣疊，又震驚到我！（附圖所謂打掃好的房間和毛巾）

距離北京西站步行大約10分鐘距離，從酒店內部後側通道穿過停車場可以直達進站口。酒店乾淨整潔，設施設備齊全，前台靚姐帥哥們服務熱心，安保服務到位。

超級滿意的一次北京出行！外地車進北京可以停在停車場，還免費，非常適合我家這種自駕遊，房間也非常好，還給升級了！就在西站邊上，交通方便

酒店位置就在北京西站北廣場，步行可達。晚上11點到北京，特意選了這裏。房間中規中矩，唯一不滿的是：鐵路路軌居然就在窗外。徹夜都有火車行駛。好在人太累了，居然能睡着。
