PALACE HOTELS（ Wencheng Wanda Plaza Hotel Yan Qing） foton

First I will tell my story about the mini-bar, then I'll get to the good things. So when I was booking this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised that it indicated "Minibar (free)" in the list of perks. Then in the room, I read the menu that explicitly said that the mini-bar offers a VARIETY of drinks free of charge (I'll attach all the proof for reference). But then I opened it and discovered a bunch of same bottles of WATER. I thought, hm, that's not what the brochure says. So I went downstairs to ask them about it, but they just kept saying - sorry, we don't have other drinks at this time. I said - I wouldn't mind at least a bottle of coke in it or something. They pointed at the vending machine right next to them suggesting to buy one... (facepalmed) And so I bought a bottle of coke, because I'm not trying to be a complainer or anything, but I felt a slight taste of a scam, considering how explicit they are everywhere about their "amazing free minibar". They say that don't have it, but yet they do put it into their lobby vending machines to charge you for them. I hope they can either provide proper selection in their minibar or remove any mention of it having various drinks to stop misleading those who love little perks like this. Other than that it is a high-quality hotel that is well-built, provides great comfort, and in all other matters staff was more caring. The room was gorgeous, with great design, tech, and view. Thumbs up for that.

超級好，無論是環境還是服務都無可挑剔，房間也非常乾淨，住的家庭房，還有小朋友的小木馬和小馬桶也非常貼心，然後停車也非常的方便，衹要告訴前台車牌號就可以了，車位也相對來説是比較充足的，如果再來延慶玩的話還會選擇這裏各種都非常的方便，前台的經理服務也都非常的好

正好端午節延慶各大酒店都在瘋狂漲價，意外入住到這裏，離919快總站很近，前台服務也很好，屋內設施很全房間里居然還有電子秤！太好了 還有化粧鏡佩燈光，對於我這近視眼的人也很友好，乾濕分離，淋浴和馬桶區都很大，哦對洗護用品也很好用，居然還配身體乳！太貼心了 早餐種類也很多還有混沌和麪條味道不賴，經常來這邊有機會性價比高的時候還會再來的

帶孩子來爬長城媯河邊上騎自行車，因為對西山花園的朗麗茲印象不錯，訂了這家的套房。格局還比較合理，有獨立於卧室的工作台，落地窗風景也不錯，各種開關標了用途比較清楚。缺點是衞生間太小，個別開關不太靈。早餐48一位，種類和味道對得起這個價格。前台大堂都偏小，服務人員都算熱情，但是人力稍顯不足的樣子。酒店地理位置合適，距離八達嶺/媯水河公園/延慶博物館/萬達廣場等打車都很方便。

訂的家庭房和豪華大床房，房間面積很大，設施齊全，裝修也很不錯，住的很好，在延慶算是非常好的酒店了。前台小姐姐贈送了小朋友早餐，非常感謝😊，停車場有地下停車位，免費停車，服務也很到位👍🏿，入住體驗很好，下次再來延慶，繼續住這裏。

從兩歲到六歲，我們每年都要來世園公園和飛行營地玩，今年也照舊過來看音樂節。每次我們住的都是某五星連鎖酒店，但是今年他的價位有點高，已經四位數了，於是我們搜尋附近的酒店發現這一家朗麗茲連鎖酒店，是一家四星酒店，並且看起來是比較新裝修的，於是就定了來試一試。 酒店位置很好找離主要景區都近，並且從前台招待到早餐招待每一位員工都非常認真負責，酒店硬件也還不錯，家庭房的Hello Kitty超級可愛，住宿條件很舒適。並且性價比很高，比之前訂的酒店便宜一半。如果來世園公園媯河公園或是飛行營地看演出非常推薦這家酒店！

帶孩子參加斯巴達，離場地開車十多分鐘，很方便。酒店衞生不錯，床很舒服，早餐不算豐盛但也足夠了，餐廳比較大，可能我們吃的早沒遇到排隊情況，工作人員周到熱情。酒店有延慶旅遊宣傳手冊，一些景點憑手冊可以打對摺，可惜我們先去的野鴨湖，沒用上折扣，建議前期打電話確認時可以告知一下。總體不錯，還會再來

去延慶看🍓音樂節，定了這家酒店。整體環境很好，很舒服。尤其要表揚下酒店的服務，有求必應而且很為住客考慮，做事靈活不死板，給我家寶寶加的床圍欄完全符合我的要求，機器人送外賣也很快，沒有排隊等很久的情況。 入住體驗很好。 BTW 延慶整體給我的感覺也很好，值得一去。

很滿意的一次入住！ 帶孩子參加斯巴達比賽，選擇了朗麗茲，還有驚喜，到店比較晚，有幸免費升級到了行政大床房，很幸運！ 衞生：整潔乾淨，早餐也乾淨衞生。 環境：清新整潔！乾淨清爽！ 服務：周到耐心，細緻入微。 再去延慶，還會選擇這家朗麗茲酒店！ 下次見😊
