Laurel Hotel

The front desk lady (forgot her name, to my memory her name might be Meng Meng) was very friendly and helpful in changing my room from smoking to non-smoking. The room was specious and clean and very close to the metro station. There is a also a mall within 5 mns walk from the hotel with various choices of food to explore the Chinese cuisines. Overall very satisfied with the cleanliness, services, and location of the hotel.

I was booked Laurel Hotel in the very last minute at 1 pm, for the same day. Fortunately my booking was confirmed at the same day. It was very relieving. The location is very near to Exit C Jiaomendong, the hotel also had 7 eleven store near lobby, so its very convenient to grab anything. Jiaomendong is also close to airport line 10 so you dont need exchange line if want to go to airport. The staff very nice and helpful. It also near dept store and near wu mart (groceries store). I really love this hotel, and recommend this hotel to anyone who first coming to China like me. I will come back to this hotel again. I stayed 3 nights here with my children. The room also had sink so its very convenient for washing utensils

The rooms were clean and the location is very good. The service staff were great and one of the staff members could speak English too

I was looking for an hotel near to the metro and the station for take the train directly to the airport. I chose this hotel even if it was more expensive than the others but I regret. The quality for the price is not here. When you enter in the hotel, nobody say hello to you even if you said it. Nobody show you where is the elevator. Even if you ask. Everywhere you can smell the cigarette, also in the room. In the room, it’s not smell good, The curtains are dirty. The room is not really big. Not commodities. The water in the shower has difficulty draining
