Servicenivån på hotellet är fortfarande bra. Som Intercontinental-medlem blev jag uppgraderad, men det som hände härnäst fick ner allt! När jag checkade in sa jag att jag behövde ett tyst rum. Vinden höll mig sysselsatt halva natten. Det blåste ett susande ljud. En ingenjör kom för att öppna och stänga rummet det var inte trångt och sedan blåste det fortfarande så mörkt att jag inte ville byta rum och så var det för jobbigt Jag bad dem att byta rum på baksidan av hotellet. Efter att ha gått in i det nya rummet hördes det ett surrande ljud. Hela natten var utmattande och sömnig. Jag checkade ut på morgonen och lämnade utan att säga något vid receptionen! När man tittar på följande video spelades de två första 12-sekunders- och 16-sekundersvideorna in innan ingenjören kom eftersom han inte kunde sova, och den tredje 13-sekundersvideon spelades in efter att hotellingenjören gick.

Det var flera personer vid dörren till hotellet som tvingade in små kort i sina händer. Inte bara trakasserar de varandra med verbala övergrepp, utan de tävlar till och med om att locka kunder från varandra. Hotellet har ingen ledning, så det är normalt. Ledningen är så dålig, det har en väldigt dålig inverkan på hotellupplevelsen😡😡😡 Jag blir trakasserad varje gång jag kommer hit, vilket är irriterande. Jag hoppas att hotellet tar detta på allvar.

Rummet utstrålar en stark unken lukt. Hur kan ett så gammalt hotell orka visa upp varumärket Crown? Har du inga pengar till dekoration? Jag har bott på så många femstjärniga hotell, och det här är första gången jag har stött på någon som bara tog tre dagar att återbetala depositionen. Det verkar som att du har ont om pengar. Kuddarna är väldigt obekväma och duschmunstycket måste hållas i handen för att duscha och kan inte hängas på väggen. Värsta Holiday Inn i landet.

My stay at the Crown Plaza was phenomenal. The hotel is conveniently located in the center of the Lido Area, known for its upscale residents, international medical centers, restaurants, and bars.  The accommodations were spacious and clean with an amazing view of the city. It is conveniently located near bars, restaurants, and shops.

It was a great hotel. My room was luxury and clean. I could relux with a big bath tab. There is a professional pool and gym. Hotel reception: Ms. Echo Sun Xinging helped me a lot. I’m really appreciate her hospitalities.

I have enjoyed my stay in the hotel. Very friendly stuff, especially Keke was very helpful and very kind to us. Rooms are very clean and cozy. Breakfast was really incredible: there was everything that you can imagine for breakfast. Highly recommended!

Im very impressed with hotel service 10/10. Its very clean and kid friendly( pool, breakfast). Breakfast was delicious, diff cuisines. Special thanks to hotel staff Niky, from the beggining till the took good care of us. Thank you so much. The best hotel service ever!

This is a hotel I always use when I go on a business trip to Beijing. Staffs are very kind, good hotel facilities and location is fantastic. In particular, Keke's customer service gives me satisfaction all the time.

Very nice Hotel, perfect breakfast and very clean rooms. Little bit old but really clean. Pool and Saune Area are the best in Beijing. Staff is super friendly. Highly recommend it!

The overall service was excellent. Suki at the reception was super helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. At the Executive Lounge on the 22nd floor, the choices of food were varied, and Grace Gao was readily helpful with a smile on her face. I will return again next year!
