Beijing Kuntai Renewal Hotel

The staff are nice, and the cleaners are friendly. The service was good. However, there is no one to help carry the bags; I had to either carry them myself or ask for help. Sometimes I want to request room service from the restaurant, but they ask me to come down just to make the payment, which is a bit inconvenient.

A very modern hotel near the business district (Guomao). A short bike ride takes you to great shopping areas and the closest subway station. A 10-20 minute taxi ride takes you to many interesting places in the city. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly and professional. I highly recommend this hotel to fellow travelers. 

The hotel is located conveniently in the city center, near the famous Bj “pants” (CCTV headquarters). Staff is friendly, very helpful and quick to check us in, and help with our deliveries. There are also plenty places to eat and drink within walking distance. We stayed in a Queen room, it was about 25 sq m on average, quite spacious and way bigger than a regular hotel room in the center. However, the room amenities are quite poor: we had a toilet with facilities for disabled people, all the handles and protectors made it uncomfortable for us, especially traveling with a child - our toddler didn’t have any access to the sink. Also, the bathroom is quite old and with watermarks on the floor. The best part was the window view: there was a wall out of the window (on trip.com website page it was promised we’d see the buildings and city view) Overall, 4 out of 5
