The location of the hotel is good, just 30mins from Beijing international airport. The service was quite good too and they were so kind and helpful. Clean bedsheets.

Not a terrible hotel, was good location for my purposes. The terrible thing was the heat. The AC and Fan made the rooms over 27 degrees. The first night I was there I called the front desk, I was able to communicate with someone and their idea was to open windows and keep the door open. At about 1 am... He did offer to stay by my door but it didn't solve my problem. I contacted Trip.com and they were able to get me help. They talked with the hotel and switched rooms for me. The only thing that kept the room ok was no using any fan or AC at all. Kept the windows open to keep the room comfortable enough to sleep. For some reason the thermostat turned on a few times in the night to also make the room too hot. The hotel didn't have any fans to put in rooms and no real solution to the problem. Trip.com was the only one that helped.

Svar från boendet: 店長回覆：北京天氣原因前台，電梯，都已經貼了告示，停止供冷氣，集體供暖風，沒有辦法提供白天熱了冷氣，晚上冷了暖氣，不接受供暖入住時有告示可以選擇不入住。或退定。感謝選擇得瑞酒店。

爸媽的房間升級了行政雙床房，雙床很少有酒店能做到這麼大，洗漱用品是一次性套裝的，比起那些連鎖酒店灌裝的洗漱用品真是強100倍。得瑞刷新了我對自營酒店和連鎖的認知。也難怪房間不好定，服務好，設施新，衞生一流，環境安靜，價格又很親民，家人朋友再來，首選得瑞酒店，贊👍

Svar från boendet: 店長回覆：雙床都很大，1.3米左右，房間6分區，房間面積38平。幾口人住空間都互不幹擾。洗漱用品全部都是一次性的，所以大家可以放心使用、做良心做點，做品質酒店一直是得瑞目標，感謝您的喜愛。期待叔叔阿姨再來北京可以再來。

酒店環境很好，就在家附近，酒店周邊購物很方便，停車場很大不收費，早餐很豐富很好吃，房間也很大，衞生很好，房間設施也很新，前台的孩子們服務很貼心，有求必應，新開的酒店入住的就是很安心。

酒店房間很大衞生很好乾濕分離淋浴和廁所非常好空間設計的也很不錯唯一美中不足的是水温不太熱希望可以檢查調整一下電視可以投屏很方便還有就是現在點評才發現訂房有包括下午茶和夜宵服務但是辦理入住時候和在店退房整個過程中員工都沒有詢問是否需要這個服務因為真的沒注意這條希望員工可以介紹並詢問一下住客是否需要安排畢竟訂房是有這項費用服務在的希望酒店越來越好～
