The hotel has the best location in Beijing, near Tiananmen Square and the shopping center Wangfujing. The room is spacious with the high ceiling and a scent of European decor. Love the swimming pool and nearby tea cafe. The concierges are superb, very polite and helpful. We had two rooms for four days. Son and daughter-in-law were the first time in Beijing (and in China); they were impressed with the quality of facilities and services. We learned to order drinks, snacks and breakfast via WeChat; the hotel actually has a cabinet in the entryway for self-pickup. It is very convenient and thoughtful! Highly recommended for vacation in Beijing!

I had a fantastic experience. From the moment I checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed which made for a great night's sleep. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location. Everything was exactly as described.
