The only good thing about this hotel are the staff , they were remarkably great , very helpfull , specially terry , shadi and rakan the security guys , shadi and karim. A hotel with no free parking? A hotel with no hot water for bathing? A hotel that a guest asks frequently ( 5-6 times per day) for his door access to b reprogrammed because of the very old entring system to his room. A hotel that changes the price of the room from one month , sometimes week to another , not by 10-15% , but more than 30% increase on the room price? Sarcastically , we used to wonder if they will charge us on the breathe we take. Frequent change in staff is very weird . The hotel guests claimed for a winter shield in the sitting area outside , no response. All the hotel guests have the same remarks , and non of them is willing to come back in any other time after the end of the current situation we are living in. Excellent ,very welcoming and nice staff .. but unfortunatly it was a Terrible stay .

Nice place, nice view, nice staff specially Karim in the reception. I much enjoyed my stay there. It was nearby all restaurants and services. The studio was soo good and clean with nice balcony overlooking the mountain. The room overlooked the back garden.

The filthiest -floors with rooms-that they call Hotel. Nothing is worth a single dollar. Old building, worn out furniture, very bad air-conditioning, you need to sit in the hallway to get 1 bar of very slow Wi-Fi connection. Horrible arrogant staff with a lousy attitude.

Practical and comfortable rooms with great amenities. Outstanding service by Rita and the rest of the front desk team. Prompt service with a smile. Good for business travellers or also for families and couples.

the hotel is good , the rooms is cleaned , break fast is very delicious , breakfast arrive every day on time and staff is very helpful , Rita helped me more in the hotel and she is very clever and helpful person .

Thanks a lot. The room Was super clean, the hotel is in central location but the staff Keeper it so calm. Most importantly, the staff at the reception are very nice, polite and professional. I would love to come again. Thanks a lot for the generous hospitality 😊

Relaxing place to stay with your family friends or for a business trip, the team was helpful made it easy . The area is calm and the location is great, it is walking distance to Badaro and Achrafyeh were you can enjoy your night.

Really enjoyed the stay in the Smallville Express ... quiet and comfortable ; most of all the fun team that worked there - made it for me !!! Breakfast was phenomenal ! Easy to use the other Smallville facilities - e g Gym ... where also everyone so helpful !

Hello, Our experience at the Smallville Xpress was amazing from checking in to checking out. The staff was really friendly and helpful.The room, bathroom, kitchenette and balcony were really clean and comfortable, There was constant electricity and hot water all the time, Wifi connection was excellent, location was excellent as there was a bakery and a mini market less than a few minutes away, And also a cafe in Sodeco square less than a few minutes away walking. We had a lovely and happy experience, I would highly recommend anyone going to Beirut to stay at this hotel. Thank you Rita, and the entire staff for all your help in making our stay memorable and enjoyable. See you all again soon hopefully. Thanks Again :)
