Hotel Al Bustan

Nice quirky hotel, fantastic views down over Beirut and the sea Stayed here for a few days, staff were very friendly, facilities were nice although out of season so the hotel was very quiet but good quality all round

We spent one night in this beautiful hotel with rich culture and traditions. In here you feel you were in 70s last century. The chandelier, furniture, even the tableware are all antique pieces. The hotel is located in a very quilt area, surrounded by peaceful village. Staffs here are very friendly & helpful. We really appreciate Mr Tony' hospitality in IL GIADINO restaurant. We had seen the most beautiful sunset in d hotel, and enjoy a beautiful breakfast in d garden. We will definitely visit again.

My husband and I had great 2 weeks at the hotel . Everything was amazing . The whole team starting from the reception especially Elie , Amale a big thank you for their professionalism, to the Italian restaurant and the breakfast team especially Tony , going on to the nice swimming pool where we spent wonderful time , thank you to Charbel for being very friendly and very helpful . And I won’t forget the fantastic Sunday Buffet full of varieties of great foods . Thank you to Lina the housekeeping manager for her great job . And last not least the concierge guys Milad and his coworkers for being welcoming. At the end big thank you to Mr Aoun the hotel manager .Keep up the great job . Hotel Al Bustan will be always our vacation destination . To the next time

Unfortunately I couldn’t give zero, so was forced to give 1 star. Where to start- Rooms- tired and dated, filthy carpet floors, drains in bathrooms leaked each time you showered, cleaners left scum marks everywhere, towels stained and bedding poorly kept. Amenities- only 1 shampoo and 1 shower gel. No dental care, sewing kit etc as normally expected. Kettle and basic coffee/tea provided but no spoons or stirrers. Slippers were as If you were walking in paper Staff- not the most friendly and hard to come by. Pool service- wow, there was one member of staff for about 60 demanding guests and the poor chap, Antonie, was doing his best. Order still came wrong and after 40 min. No pleasantries, very few smiles. A donkey is normally kept offsite in squalid conditions with some chickens…I did see her handler Ali take inappropriate care of her whilst she was brought on the grounds for donkey rides. There’s also canaries and an African grey kept in the breakfast area in tiny cages. Spa- looks lovely but staff not friendly - in fact rude- and refused access to look around as I wasn’t wearing a dressing gown. Building itself very dated, cracks, broken things everywhere you look. Will certainly be doing my best to deter people from coming here and myself and family will certainly never come again. Pros- food was good and view is nice.

من أسوأ التجارب، الفندق جميل و لديه منظر جيد ، و لكن المدير المسؤول عن الحفلات (جان مارون) هو شخص غير مهذب و يستحقر الناس … لا افهم كيف ادارة الفندق وضعت شخص بهذا المنصب… الغيت العرس بعد ان اخبرت الناس من وراء تصرفات هذا الشخص … لا ينصح ابدا بعمل اية فعالية هناك

Un hôtel magnifique. Beaucoup de charme. Vue imprenable sur la mer et Beyrouth ainsi que sur les montagnes enneigées. Très bonne man’ouché au petit déjeuner. Le spa est neuf et très agréable. En revanche, l’hôtel gagnerait a être rénové pour redevenir exceptionnel.
