Good hotel with very good location. But the water heater is not working at all

Quite room, love the service, mineral water isn’t avail in the room but they give water from gallon. But the problem is water jug was dirty 🙂

They had a worse services ever especially receptionist. I wanted to checkout and got my ID back. They refused to give myID back. The reason because I didnt provided ID same as booking. I informed that I couldnt get ID because the person was not coming and at that time was on her duty. I couldnt get the person. In fact I was the one who booked the rooms. I promised to give the ID once i get it from the person. They kept refusing and holded my ID.
They didnt consider that my family had been waiting inside car in parking area for an hour.
Even I asked a help from trip.com to make a phone to negosiate. Team from trip.com informed that they tried to negosiate with hotel that ID would be given in an hour, but they refused too.
Beside of bad services, the rooms were so not so clean. the mat had a lot of stains.
My whole family phone had no network at all, so we tried their WIFI, not suprised that their Wifi was bad as their services.....very bad. so I need to go out to get the network.
This was my very first bad experiences staying in hotel. I will not ever recommende this hotel especially this area to any friend, family and relative.
