Gloria Serenity Resort

A fantastic stay for our first visit to Turkey. Will try and sum up for those who are looking. Food: Buffet restaurant - amazing food selection Turkish (no fee for winter season) amazing food Estella 24/7 (amazing food and although small selection, they are happy to cook anything) French (no fee for winter) lovely Drink: any bar and any drink, large selection of cocktails too! Pools: heated outdoor pool and bar, towels provided and great service. Room: big room, balcony, walk in shower, coffee station, sofa, mini bar etc. WiFi and smart Tv. Staff: nothing too much trouble, especially the ladies on customer services, they went above and beyond helping me change my return transfer. Spa: indoor pool, various steam room, juice bar, robes and slippers, lounging areas and treatment rooms. Totally amazing and so relaxing. All inc all we had nothing to complain about, we will definitely return and could not believe how beautiful it was. I must just mention the staff in Estella, bugra and Eyop were the best waiters and went above and beyond. Thank you for making our holiday so special. We will return.

Firstly I should say that we normally go to places like Dubai, but though we would try something different . The hotel was so much better, than any we have stayed at before. From the room, to the food, and most of all the staff, who couldn’t help us enough It’s the first all inclusive hotel we have ever been too where you do not have a wrist band, and all the drinks we had were branded. Although the beach was being worked on, and was completely out of action for the duration of our stay, it didn’t bother us at all . Every meal we had, from the a la Carte, to the main restaurant, were exceptional, and if you like a cake, well you will be in for a treat , along with the chocolate fountain, and ice cream outlet. So in short, if you have never been to Turkey, give this hotel a try. Nothing to do with the hotel, but when you arrive Antalya airport, please be aware that there is no free WiFi, so if you need to contact anyone, I would recommend paying for a day on your mobile

Overall great experience...as usual!! Hotel offered impeccable service. Staff very friendly and always ready to help. Golf courses in perfect conditions. Got a great offer for my daughter to use the professinals practice facilities. Great thanks to director of Golf Mr. David Clare. My only criticism of this stay at Gloria Serenity goes to the music at the New Year's Eve party. It was UNRESONABLY loud especially during the festive dinner. It was annoying, because there was no chance for a relaxed chat, even with your closest neighbour at table.

I was so glad to discover the beautiful hotel with a family touch and most importantly very caring and attentive stuff, namely Mirgul Sadykova who took care of my family and helped to meet every single wish. This is a unique experience filled with positive impressions! The most beautiful beach and very clean territory, safety above all and most delicious restaurants (Japanese and seafood restaurant).

I was part of an Eight man group of golfers that stayed at the Serenity for a week leaving yesterday. On arrival we were asked if we would like to stay in Garden Villa rooms instead of single rooms in the main building. The majority of us did and thoroughly enjoyed the upgrade. We ate in both the main restaurant The French, Turkish and 24/7 all were excellent quality. Our one and only gripe was that the Indoor Sports centre did not open until 4pm, on our one wet no golf day we would have liked to play snooker and bowl etc. As in previous visits the staff were enthusiastic, polite and cannot do enough to make your stay one that you will remember. Hopefully we will return !!
