Paloma Grida

The hotel was a disappointment for me and my partner. Compared to another 5* hotel during our vacation last year. There was no chair in the room. Tea and coffee were prepared on the first day, but there was no glass so that we could drink it. The next day we made up for it from the restaurant. I missed a shoe scoop. There is no free plug, you had to unplug the lamp to charge the phone. The room needs renovation. The bed mattress is spread out. The sunbed had to be hunted for after 10 o'clock, because many guests already spread their towels in the morning, thereby reserving the sunbed. There was a large crowd, and you also had to look for a free table at meals. Food: cold cuts were missing. There were two types of soup, which we didn't really like. They were all a bit sour. We had a hard time finding suitable food, even though we are not gourmets. The pool was beautiful, the water and its surroundings were clean, they took care of cleanliness. They constantly picked up the broken glasses, and cleaned the pools in the evening. The staff are nice and always smiling and helpful. The cocktails were also delicious. Nevertheless, we tried to have a good time. The day before departure, I asked the reception to help me pick up my luggage. Although I waited for help at the appointed time, no one came. I was forced to carry our bags myself, because the transfer was already waiting for us.

It has been an excellent choice to stay for a whole week at Paloma Grida, we loved it, we will surely come back again, the attractions, the pools, the impeccable beach, the restaurants, the valuable staff they have. I lack the words to thank you for so much service and availability. I will get in my heart and my son also the angels they have in the children's area: he especially highlighted Damla, Batuhan (seeing him every night dancing and always smiling in mini disco) and the sweetness of Irem: Irem is a very special girl has tact to understand the children and we adore her. Even Irem and Batuhan speak Spanish very well and it was wonderful to be able to hear my language also in them. So many people attentive to our needs in order to have an unforgettable vacation some names of the restaurant staff were: Muhammet, Serdar and reception Yasin, Serkan and I remember Ebru...but there were many others very helpful and attentive... congratulations

very good atmosphere inside the hotel, very friendly staff and clean hotel, the food each night was lovely, steak house 10/10 but unfortunately let down by the lotus restaurant due to the food not being the nicest and lack of communication, if your looking for a quite get away this is the place to be :) there is also lots of trips available for all the family , there is also plenty of food options and entertainment in the evening they also have cats roaming around which are very friendly and approachable the hotel acts as a cat sanctuary and give the cats an amazing life and home as you can see from the photos they are no bother and just come and rest beside you this has been my 6th time at paloma and would come back every-time i travel to turkey ❤️i have included a few photos i took from my most recent visit

We booked a Promo Room DZS Balcony Garden view via LuxairTours for 1 week All Inclusive for EUR EUR 3.140 (2 persons). We received our keys for a room at the first floor at 2 PM, airco & hifi was working perfectly, curtains were closed, and we started to unpack and put our stuff in closets. Afterwards, we visited our daughter who had booked a villa for 3 persons with access to a nice big separate swimming pool, and explored the beautiful resort and nice beach. After our dinner we went back to our room, we opened the curtains and we noticed that we had no balcony, no garden view, but a view on the Spa’s roof and loud,noisy airco systems. We were too tired to complain that evening and we went to bed early. Suddenly, after 9 PM our ears were tortured by Live Music coming from a PA system that was built up on a podium on the ground floor in the opposite of our front door! After a bad night, we complained and they offered us only 2 options: a) the room next door with balcony, no garden view, and still the loud evening noise of the Music PA system. b) a room at the same floor, 25 meters away, with a small balcony for 1 chair and still no nice garden view. We took option b, but the booming PA sound in the evening was still annoying. However, there are also good things to say: main restaurant offered good meals in buffet form, plenty of choice, various bars with good quality drinks, a special coffee bar, very nice swimming pools, a paradise for kids, good entertainment team, friendly staff, nice priced hairdresser, nice little shops. Concerning the beach, it was steeply sloping and pebbles were sharp.

Kids Club is amazing filled with activities like Masterclass, kids Chef, football, zumal and facepaint. The Manager damla and Melike speak german so Good. Tulay and the Rest of the Team is also fabulous. Mini disco at nights impresses kids too. We loved here and wanna come Back next year.

We arrived and the hotel was as beautiful as the pictures The Good Pools Large hotel Clean Check in was amazing Helpful staff Amazing in room AC Animation team, saw a Michael Jackson show it was amazing Mini bar in the room and stocked daily There are fridges with free water and ice cream dotted all around the hotel Hotel is huge and very picturesque Requested a quite room, we got a room in the quiet zone Toilet seat and fridge broke. Both fixed instantly which was super impressive Great fake designer bags in the resort shop THE Bad language barrier, they don't understand English cater to German and Russians Arrived late as flight was delayed and had to wait until 11pm to eat Reserve sun loungers even tho signs say will be moved after an hour, not enforced People loud and rowdy by the pool So so many nightmare kids crying and people hanging and taking over the pool Sun loungers, People reserve them with towels but won't actually use The food is always barely warm unless you wait to have for the batch being cooked Food choices are mostly bland and unexciting The food is AWFUL Being so large everything is a walk and it's unbearable in the heat No waiting area, reception area that is air con. So later flights means sitting in a humid but shaded area not ideal Bar staff drinking Lifeguard on the peer drinking Food staff cooking but picking at food A late checkout of 85 euros for 4 hours or 25 euros an hour Everything is so so so expensive here and in Belek as apparently this is a luxury resort Step outside and Belek is the other extreme. Watersports start on site, promoted by and reception have Paloma staff on but apparently they are a private company. There was no safety questions or advice but we were asked to signed a disclaimer which focused only on jet skis. I asked and was told no no don't read it it's just for jet skis. Yes it was but after doing this water boat ride they should know how utterly dangerous it is We bought a family ride on a water boat called adrenaline. We watched a video and this was a fast boat making some gentle video. Looked ideal and fun for a family with an 9 year old. Started well for the first 10 minutes but then the driver started to make doughnuts at full throttle. This had us being flung around with inappropriate safety equipment. We were strapped in with a seat belt across legs and waists. This itself caused heavy bruising to my stomach, and my daughter belt burns on our thighs. The sheer speed and utter stupidity of the manoevers meant out heads were swung and bodies like rag dolls held by standard belts around causing whiplash and smacking into the side panels. The belts would have sufficed to straight lines and gentle curves not doughnuts at full speed. This is a death trap waiting to happen Something needs to be done I addressed it with the hotel rep and same answer. It's a private company we cannot control or help. Utter shocking when the staff are wearing outfits for the Pal
