Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt im Limak Atlantis in Belek rundum genossen und können das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen! Die gesamte Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, die Zimmer sind sauber und komfortabel, und das Personal war überall und zu jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das abwechslungsreiche und qualitativ hochwertige Essen – hier ist wirklich für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei. Auch die Poollandschaft und der direkte Zugang zum Strand haben uns sehr gut gefallen. Insgesamt hatten wir eine entspannte und erholsame Zeit und würden definitiv wiederkommen!

From the second we arrived at the hotel to the present. We are sadly flying home in a couple of hours every member of staff have been unbelievable, they are constantly smiling and so helpful nothing is too much trouble. The hotel is spotless room cleaned daily. Food is the best we have ever had and we have gone all inclusive for the past 17yrs and this is the best ever. Thank you Limak Atlantis for an amazing week. We highly recommend Your hotel.

I do not understand some reviews on this page regarding the Limak . This is my 3rd visit to this hotel and believe me I have travelled extensively in Turkey and around the world . If I choose to return to a place 3 times this tells you something . From the moment you arrive at the Limak , the hotels goal is for you to have a relaxing experience. This means your every need is looked after . We asked for an accessible room (due to health reasons) and this was delivered to a high spec . Rooms are spotless and cleaned daily with fresh towels . Staff are always at hand plenty of waiters to get you what you want and they remember what you ordered . Food brilliant, diverse and plentiful. Chefs to be applauded. Restaurant staff ensure your looked after . Beach area the cleanest in the Antalya area I have came across with a great wee bar serving lovely snacks . Reception staff all very helpful , guest relations lovely . Shout out to hotels jewellers who fixed a bracelet for me and cleaned my rings and took special care of my mums rings who had recently passed away and showed me great compassion. It’s all these little touches that make this place my happy place . I feel relaxed and looked after here and that is what a holiday should be . Good vibes . Good entertainment at night in the main lounge whilst we were there was great. Next year , or sooner I will return , hopefully with family members who were supposed to be with us this time but could not make it . I recommend this hotel to all . We returned to the atlantis for a week in February we thought as returning guests we might have been looked after! Check in was slow our room was in block 2 and full of school children very noisy all night, i asked to move and i was told no!! staff go above and beyond at the bar and restaurant entertainment team work so hard, we would have come back if we had been looked after and given a better room we looked on the road!! No entertainment / show on a night time very disappointed.

Just had another wonderful stay at the Atlantis hotel. It's a beautiful hotel with lovely spacious rooms. The hotel is clean, room has good lighting, bathroom is bright so it's good for doing make up. Food is plentiful and good, there are always many choice of meat, fish and vegetable. Desserts are really good and fresh. Salad bar is always fresh as well. Staffs are really nice and friendly, activities are good, Special shout out to Yakup who does archery, he is super friendly and fun with the guests. January is low season so you wouldn't have as much variety of entertainment in the evenings, but you always have something like live music and Disco. Weather was really great this year, only rain a few days and sunny most of the time with up to 20 degree c. Perfect winter break! Thanks to all the hardworking staffs at the hotel for a wonderful stay!

Our stay at Limak Atlantis Deluxe over the Christmas and New Year was disappointing. We were stuck indoors for most of our stay, due to the bad weather (not the hotels fault I know) made the experience unbearable, Loud adults, kids running around and screeching. It's a hotel mainly for Eastern Block countrys, I was always greeted in German by default, but the staff were pleased to be able to speak in English. The lobby bar area was packed, and finding a place to sit was nearly impossible. There were not enough seating areas or alternative spaces for guests to relax. The food was below average and monotonous, The Christmas /New Year Gala dinners was disgusting, my wife has an allergy to certain items and this was ignored, whilst we all had a pudding my wife had nothing, after asking about it she was served what looked like a lump of Pumkin another time they just scrapped of what she coudn't eat and gave her the rest ( cross contamination comes to mind), major disappointment The staff, who were hardworking and tried their best despite the circumstances. Our room was nice enough though, no complaints there. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing experience, and I would never return to this hotel. Nor would I recommend it

The hotel is nice and clean. Shiny. The staff cleans it all the time. I chose this hotel because it has a beautiful pool and I had a wonderful swim in it last year. Both the water and the air were very pleasant. This year horror. The water is cold, the air is icy. There is a clock on the wall - it goes wrong - and there is also a thermometer that shows the temperature of the air. Air 21 °C / 22 °C and water on the surface just as cold. The staff claims that the water is 28°C. Not by chance. The lifeguard is wearing a warm sweatshirt and is surprised that the swimmers are cold. The lifeguard pushes the thermometer into the space where the water flows, so he can measure the temperature there. At an air temperature of 21°C / 22°C, as it has been regularly for about 2 weeks, the surface of the water only cools down and swimming is very unpleasant. People complained repeatedly, so after 2 weeks the situation finally changed. The air temperature rose and the water was warmer. I experienced the pleasant feeling of warm water only 3 times in 23 days, even after approximately 9:30 a.m. The lifeguard had a hobby of peeing at the open men's room door, especially when I was coming out of the women's room. The rooms: The rooms are perfectly clean. It just needs better organization of work. The cleaning lady saw me returning to my room every day at around 10:30 am. It means that the room was from 8:00 a.m. empty and she could clean it. She comes after me for about 5-10 minutes and she is angry that I don't free her room for cleaning, that I take a shower and rest. Shoe cleaner. I hate cheaters. if possible I will give them a tutorial! I was waiting for the elevator. He addressed me - madam "fagen". I ask - What question? Come on, I'll show you. Put your foot shoe on the stand. Me - I don't want to clean. He said - I'll just show you - fragen - fragen. He was cleaning and saying - ragen - fragen all around. He finished and says - give me money. I knew this was where it was going, but I decided to give it a tutorial. Nicht many. You said, just fragen – fragen . You didn't say money - money. You don't have money, you have fragen. It's not about the money at all, but about the principle and the cleaners' fraudulent method. I hope he learns a lesson and tells people - I clean shoes for money and no - I clean shoes for fragen. Restaurant. The food is varied and often very tasty. But cooks have a problem with salt, because at least one meal a day is oversalted. Rice, on the other hand, is unsalted. The staff in suits work there, then there are waiters and cooks. Staff in suits run around the restaurant and between dishes as if in a panic, and shout at the waiters, who also run around panicking and snatching plates from people's hands, even if they haven't eaten yet. The space between the dishes is very small. There, guests fight over food, and a lot of staff in suits and chefs hang out and they get in the way between them. The staff has a strange bias

This is a very nice hotel, we stayed here for a week at the end of November, the hotel was being decorated for Christmas with festive touches being added daily. The service is excellent, the staff are friendly, always welcoming you with a smile. The cocktails are some of the best I've had at any all inclusive hotel, I'd Raspberry Daiquiri, Mango Margarita and Malibu Sunset, they are served in proper classes and we're nicely blended, some servers more excellent then others. The food is nice, there are a few stand outs, the charcoal BBQ outside very tasty and the far eastern cuisine is cooked by Asian chefs meaning they get it right, sesame chicken, teriyaki and other dishes. We enjoyed al a carte twice during our stay at Dynasty Turkish (included free) and La Cucinna Italian (15 euro pp) supplement. Both great, but the Italian was especially good and worth paying the extra. Other al la carte closed in the winter, but no problems. The Turkish baths, steam and sauna will amazing we used them daily, and the hotel provided robes, the section is separate to the spa and close to the indoor pool. This is the first hotel we've had no hassle sellers, trying to sell spa packages so we were thankful of this, I'd more likely book without this pressure but nice a hotel just leaving you alone to enjoy your stay or your own terms. The weather was sunny, chilly 1 or 2 days but always pleasant and it got warmer 18 to 19 degrees, people were sun bathing, some brave sea swimmers but didn't see anyone braving the outdoor pool. The hotel is very elegant, the site lovely, beach was winter swept but still enjoyable, the beach bar was open which was great. The hotel was busy even in winter but we always got a seat. The room was big, smart and felt relaxing and comfortable, bathrooms nice too. Overall it's a lovely hotel, one of the better all inclusive experience, it is 5 star is some areas of its execution, some areas are renovated, others a little aged but it's has class. We enjoyed the entertainment, 1 show and some good music evenings, the live acapella band. We would return here, you cannot find fault so thank you to hotel and all the staff for making our stay a great one.

Hotel is really clean and tidy, staff regularly cleans toilets used by visitors in/around poolside, beach and restaurants. Amazing food, wider selection of continental and Mediterranean foods with varieties of green leafy vegetables. Most of the desserts tasted the same. Staff are friendly and overall excellent service. Highly recommend the reservation of huts near the beach- EUR 40 per day- comes with supply of alcohol beverages, fruits and staff regularly checks in. Shop inside the hotel is bit expensive.

Lovely hotel, great service, amazing variety of food which change daily. The staff that could speak English was absolutely amazing, welcoming and just so gentle and kind. One particular waiter during dinner who went above and beyond for us was UMIT!! He was absolutely amazing everyday during dinner, so welcoming, attentive and just absolutely breath taking. Umit always delivered amazing service, always checking in and even remembered what we ordered which absolutely touched our heart. Thankyou sooo much UMIT!! My one sad point would be the cat, not the cat itself as my kids absolutely loved having the cats around and stroking them however, our room was located near the swimming pool to which there was some form of cat litter and everytime we left our room and came back it was always smelling so strong of cat poo!! Our kids even stepped in it which was disgusting. We would recommend they get it cleaned up everyday it’s the area near the pool at the back near reception. That’s our only bad point! Would recommend the hotel to get it cleaned up everyday as it’s smelled disgusting but apart from that we had an amazing experienced and definitely wan to go back again. I’ve added a picture of the area I’m speaking about. But thankyou for an amazing service.

Disappointing Stay Overall My recent stay at this hotel was underwhelming, to say the least. While the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the main hotel surroundings met an acceptable standard, these were the only positives of my visit. Dining Experience The food was disappointing, with limited variety and repetitive options for each meal. Breakfast offerings included peculiar choices like spaghetti bolognese and chips, while the overall flavor was bland and uninspired. Service during mealtimes was inconsistent; waiters often ignored our table, forcing us to retrieve our own drinks from the bar. When drinks were served, they were watered down and sometimes tasted off, leaving the impression that cost-cutting took precedence over quality. À la Carte Restaurant Issues Booking the “one-time” à la carte restaurant was a frustrating ordeal. After being told by the guest relations team that my initial booking was canceled due to a technical issue, it was rebooked only after I lodged a complaint. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t improve—food was barely edible, service felt rushed, and dishes arrived lukewarm. The starter followed the appetizer within minutes, making the entire meal feel hasty and poorly managed. In hindsight, sticking to the buffet would have been a better choice, despite its mediocrity. Beach Experience The beach was another letdown. It was dirty, littered with rubbish, and unsafe due to broken wooden paths and a damaged jetty. The beach’s condition bore no resemblance to the pristine images advertised, making what should have been a relaxing environment stressful and unpleasant. Additional Issues The issues didn’t end there: • The lifts were out of service for two days, which was a significant problem as we were on the 6th floor, and my sister, who suffers from sciatica, struggled with the stairs. • Reception staff were disinterested and unhelpful, offering little assistance or information when approached. They even provided a hotel map so small it was unreadable. • There was no Jet2 representative on-site to address concerns or provide guidance, leaving us to navigate these issues on our own. Entertainment and Amenities The entertainment was mediocre at best, and even the television failed to meet expectations, with no English-language channels available. Final Verdict Unless you’re only seeking a clean and comfortable room and don’t mind lackluster amenities, poor service, and an overall subpar experience, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. What was advertised as a 5-star luxury stay felt more like a 2-star experience at best.
