Maxx Royal Belek Golf Resort

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel and it definitely won’t be the last time, we are planning to come back again this year. The service has been absolutely brilliant in every area of the hotel, whether it was just getting a drink at the bar, having lunch in the buffet restaurant, or dining in the à la carte restaurants all the waiting on team have been fabulous. The food has been delicious and although we didn’t experience all the restaurants due to my husband being ill for a lot of the holiday, we experienced enough to know that the service and quality of the food is outstanding. I didn’t think I had a sweet tooth but now I know I have due to trying lots of homemade chocolates from the chocolatier shop and the cake shop both of which were fantastic and all included in the all inclusive package. The all inclusive package is superb and well worth the money. We were invited to go and have breakfast in the Montgomery golf club not only was the breakfast spread super impressive. The surroundings were absolutely beautiful. I would definitely recommend breakfast there and again all of the team provided top class service. It was a chilly morning but I insisted we ate outside to take in the views, the team got us a great table and lit the outdoor heaters and provided us with throws to keep us warm - they think of everything to make their guests happy. This was the same in the 24hr restaurant in Maxx hotel - absolute class! Our hotel room was fabulous with a great mini bar that was filled daily with generous treats and drinks and our room service team were so attentive and kept our room spotless all holiday. They even filled it with balloons and put a bed spread on saying happy birthday on my birthday. The Asian restaurant really made a fuss of me too and all the team made my birthday feel very special. They did the same for my husbands birthday the last time we came. We also watched them celebrate other guests birthday and they too went out of their way for them. Excellent attention to detail. Although the weather was not great and the sun was hot & miss with some cold days, we still sat at the pool. The bar staff were great and were always asking us did we want more drinks, fruit & snacks. We never went without a drink in hand or were allowed to go hungry. Fabulous!! I couldn’t write this review without a special mention to Tutku Akkus who was our Maxx assistant. Tutku was our assistant on the last holiday & we could not believe that she remembered us and not only that when we arrived at the hotel this time she was there waiting for us welcomed us with open arms. This was amazing Tutku made us feel special from day one and looked after us immensely all holiday! Tutku is an absolute diamond and a credit to the hotel they are very lucky to have her and we were very lucky to have her as our assistance again, she made our holiday wonderful. We were very disappointed with our stay at Maxx Royal. We expected high quality service, but we did not experience it, we had to ask for everything, sparkling water in the room, for the waiter to open a Prosecco wine, so that it was with bubbles. There was little seafood, and sushi only in the Japanese a la carte restaurant, for an additional fee. GENERALLY We had the impression that the food was not fresh, stewed vegetables including mushrooms were yesterday's... no one did anything ego in front of us, Chinese dumplings were inedible. The wines were salty. In Cllinan there were better. We waited a long time in the main restaurant for a waiter. Unfortunately, we will not return to this hotel, although my husband praised the golf course. ok the rooms are big and comfortable, bedding ok but pillows rubber... in march when the weather outside was over 20 degrees the hotel air conditioning didn't work! shock! we were sweating and there was nowhere to cool down.

The spacious layout allowed for relaxation, while the tasteful décor provided a sense of understated elegance. The land/sea view was a lovely touch, offering tranquil vistas that enhanced the overall experience. • Comfort: The bedding was outstanding—soft, luxurious, and guaranteed a restful sleep. Every detail, from the linens to the pillows, was meticulously chosen for maximum comfort. The in-room amenities were thoughtfully provided, ensuring that all needs were met. • Housekeeping: The housekeeping team delivered impeccable service. Not only was the room kept spotless, but the attention to detail, such as the careful arrangement of personal items and thoughtful evening turndown service, added a sense of luxury and care. Dining Experience Dining at Maxx Royal Belek was a culinary journey of the highest calibre. • Buffet: The buffet exceeded all expectations with its remarkable variety and quality. Every dish was beautifully presented, and the flavours were consistently impressive. From freshly baked pastries and vibrant salads to expertly prepared mains and decadent desserts, every meal was a feast. The service was equally impeccable, with attentive staff ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience. • Royal Villa Golf Club Breakfast: This was one of the highlights of our stay. The breakfast experience at the Royal Villa Golf Club was absolutely outstanding. The service was flawless, delivered with precision and warmth, making us feel truly pampered. The building itself was an architectural marvel, radiating luxurious class and sophistication. For golf enthusiasts, this setting would be a dream come true. The surrounding grounds were immaculate, maintained to perfection, with lush greens and breathtaking views that spoke to the resort’s dedication to excellence. • À la Carte Steakhouse: The steakhouse offered an incredible dining experience. The quality of the meat was superb, perfectly prepared, and beautifully presented. The service was top-class, with every detail meticulously attended to, making it an unforgettable meal. • À

Congratulations, because everyone that we met in the hotel was really gentle and helpful. And a special thanks to Serdal Sirin at the restaurant at -2. We will certainly come back! Rooms, restaurants, maintenance, cleanness, everything was perfect.

We spent six nights at Maxx Royal Belek in late -October, and it was fantastic from start to finish. The weather was perfect for the time of year, around 25-27°C with blue skies every day in late October -early November We had a blast in the water … at the pool and at the beach. The sports options were great and we enjoyed tennis, football and cycling around the resort (took an hr with our kids!). We also did the laser tag and tree top adventure climbing (like go ape) The food was very good and compares well with some of London’s better restaurants. To put the quality into context, the best of the pralines available at Maxx almost match the quality of French and Belgian houses such as Neuaus and Marcolini. They are bettered only by the very very top end praline houses. This is serious quality. The pastries looked amazing but were too sweet to our taste. Oh, the turkish delight was amazing ! The kids club kept our little ones entertained for the time they joined. Our assistant, Merihiban, was brilliant—she made everything so smooth and was very helpful. The only thing that didn’t quite hit the mark this time were the evening shows. On a previous stay, they had very good circus and performing arts acts with great stage decor. this time they were mostly musical performances and with no stage decor , which felt a bit scaled back in comparison. Another small point were the mattresses; they were fine, but not up to the high standard of the rest of the resort . Overall, we loved our stay here. This is a top resort. We’ve also stayed at the hotel’s sister property, Voyage, and Maxx Royal Belek is definitely worth the extra….Everything feels much more polished and thought-through. Highly recommend! Overall… 10/10.

3rd time to this hotel and yet again it was outstanding, I'm struggling to see how this hotel can be beaten on its level of service. Booked through the kaden group this time and they were excellent! Food as usual was exceptional and cannot wait to return!
