Rixos Premium Belek - the Land of Legends Access

Мы были в январе. Конечно, не ждали увидеть все прелести территории отеля, но отметим, что работал бассейн с подогревом и обслуживали официанты. Было обидно, что несмотря на хорошую солнечную погоду для детей не было активностей на улице, все проводилось в помещении. Вот насчет этой части (детская анимация) не могу сказать ничего плохого, но и хорошего мало (насыщенность скудненькая, пустое время заполняется просмотром мультиков или приставкой, аниматоры часто сидят в телефоне и короче на расслабоне как-то все было). Ездили в land of legends, классно, но для деток ростом меньше 130см мало аттракционов. К питанию вопросов нет, все вкусно, иногда некоторые продукты исчезали с полок и не появлялись долго. Аквапарк на ремонте, летом не знаем что и как будет работать. Обслуживающий персонал хороший, все добрые и отзывчивые.

Hi, We are just back from that magical place. Of course it's pricy, especially this year so we were expecting perfection, and we were really close to it! WELCOME We've been followed during our 10 days by two very nice persons: Wissal and Soumaya. There were here to answer all our questions, available from early in the morning to the end of the day. Trying to get a reservation, something special for our kid, something we forgot, etc... They were trying their best. When you start your journey with such pleasant people, what could go wrong? :) BUFFET You have two, one on ground floor which is nice to get a quick thing to eat and go back to your next activity. The second one is the main one, from breakfast to dinner, you will find what you want! The variety and the size are incredible. Everything looks and taste fresh, the sushis are excellent, meat, fish, fruits, fresh juices and so much more. I've added quite a lot of pics of it but in the morning everything changes and I did not cover it, yummy fresh made omelets for example ;) A LA CARTE RESTAURANTS There are four in the hotel (Asian, Turkish, Italian and Greek) and 2 in Land of Legends (Turkish and fusion Mexican). You can make one reservation for a free meal per restaurant, so that's 4 in total! Don't do like us, start your journey by booking one very early cause time goes on and people are jumping on their phone at 10am so sometimes you miss the spot for having your place reserved at night. We managed to make only 3 of the four in the hotel sadly, and missing the Greek one is probably a big mistake. - Italian restaurant was nice (a bit disappointed by the wine choices) - Turkish restaurant was very nice (cheers to Hakan who made an incredible service for us!) - Asian restaurant was very very nice (don't miss the Bao in the pictures!!!!) - Mexican restaurant in land of legends was very nice, the situation is beautiful (I'll try to put pictures of it) BAKERY (Godiva) Nice choices, we're French so we are used to this kind of treats and they were of very good quality. The pastries are a bit behind but the overall choices is very good :) ROOM We had the first level of room and it was really ok. Only one little downside, the room was quite wet if we did not leave the window open while we were out. But it was quite hot outside so when we were back we had to use the air conditioning a lot. Cleaning was perfect, people were nice and they even made some funny things with the giant plush snake of our kid :) POOLS They are cleaned often and the temperature was perfect. The roller services are made by really nice persons and that's quite helpful when you just wanna rest or take care of your young child while ordering drinks. SEA The seatings are nice, service is fast, nothing bad to mention here apart that I lost my glasses in the see but that's nobody's fault but mine :) The water was warm, we even sometimes had waves so we've been lucky! I had the most amazing time at Rixos Premium Belek! From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The level of service, attention to detail, and hospitality was beyond anything I expected. This wasn’t just a 5-star experience, it was truly upper 5-star. A special shoutout to the incredible staff who made my stay unforgettable: Mustafa and Masood(manager at breakfast), Alia (waiter at breakfast),Halid (at Askam Restaurant), Handan (for general inquiries), and Anil, Doğa and Handan(general agent). Their warmth and professionalism truly stood out and made every moment special. Halid made my birthday special by surprising me with a special celebration. It was a wonderful and unexpected touch that added so much to our experience Even though the main restaurant was a buffet, the service was impeccable. The waiters were always ready to assist with any request, making the dining experience feel personalized and luxurious. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, Rixos Premium Belek is the place to be!

We are staying at Land of Legends hotel And visited Rixos Hotel for the day. Wow - absolutely stunning hotel, pool, kids club, beach and all of the hotel complex was just stunning. If we visit Turkey again, we will definitely check this hotel out when booking. Lunch was also really delicious.

#1 Place of all times Special thanks goes to Wissal and Soumaya who were always on spot for any help! Food is perfect, activities all day all night that suit all genders and ages. 5 star service and super friendly staff! Neat and clean places !!

This hotel is simply outstanding! Every day of our stay felt like a true celebration. The staff were always available and incredibly friendly, providing top-notch service throughout. A special thank you to our guest managers, Sanjar and Nurgul, for their exceptional care. The food was fantastic, with a wide variety of fresh options every day, ensuring there's something for everyone. I highly recommend dining at the à la carte Greek and Steakhouse restaurants for an unforgettable experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable, and housekeeping was done daily to a high standard. We can’t wait to return!

The hotel's location, food and facilities were great. The hotel staff took care of all our requests 24 hours a day and always made us feel that they loved their job. I recommend it to everyone who wants to have a quality holiday. It is a very safe hotel, especially for families with children.

We travelled to Rixos Belek after we had some great experiences in Ricos Saadiyat in Abu Dhabi. Now the experience in Belek is a bit less luxury but there was one Bartender who made the difference. So you like very good Cocktails, just ask for Furkan Yildiz and tell him to surprise you … best cocktails from the best Bartender in Belek.
