From the 1st steps into reception to checking out, this Hotel was nothing but 1st class from start to finish. Food, Excellent, Service, Excellent, Rooms Excellent, Resort, Excellent. This place is just superb, and would highly recommend to any golfing parties looking for better value than Spain, and Portugal to give this place a try. The golf Courses are challenging, our party of 4 are all single figure players, and decided to play all the courses off the championship tees. Now taking into account the amount of alcohol consumed, maybe we were a little over ambitious. Options to play of forward tees are there and would suggest any mid to high handicappers take advantage of this, as it would make courses less challenging. However the course layouts were superb, and conditions were more than acceptable considering the amount of footfall through these places..

Fabulous golfing holiday staying at thus grea quality hotel, Rooms slightly Smaller than some other hotels but definitely adequate for 2 persons Main buffet Food was always warm and lots of choice Al la carte we ate in 4 all great quality the favourite was Asian Pier not as good as other hotels that have a bar but lovely to swim and relax on Entertainment fabulous especially the shows Band played in the outside Bar ok Disco never any one in as the music needed to suit the cliental 40’s to 50’s just noise and no atmosphere Golf was exceptional we played at 4 different courses In summary it is a smaller hotel, might not have the wow factor of some other larger hotels but drinks, the staff, food and entertainment are top notch

Wonderful all-inclusive family resort on a private Beach in Antalya, Türkiye. The food was good, drinks were good, amenities and beach, great. What made the resort stand out, though, was the people! The staff at the resort, from the maids, servers, bartenders, administration, were great: very polite and pleasant, and extremely accommodating. We’ve stayed in many all-inclusive resorts, from the Caribbean to the Pacific, and Cordelia De luxe was the best. Caution, the room was small, but the resort made up for it with its staff and amenities.

3rd year back, we absolutely love it here. This is our 3rd consecutive year at Cornelia Deluxe, never fails to impress, from the friendly regular staff, to the excellent food & cleanliness of the hotel... makes it worth coming back to year after year. So I'll start with the pros: Excellent food choices, Tai Pen is lovely food worth a few visits. Daphne bar during the day is best for food imo, chicken burger, pasta dishes, and the pizzas are spot on. BBQ beach night is unbelievable,great choice of meats all cooked on charcoal bbq. Buffet restaurants have some good themed nights, our fave was the Mexican & Asian. We hired one of the beach cabanas, well worth the £70 drinks and food brought to you as and when, sirloin steak as many as you like . What makes the stay extra special to us is seeing the regular staff,always remember us from previous visits,which is nice. Always going the extra mile, thanks Senar, Saban & Mahmut. The hotel is incredibly clean, which is a big deal,fresh towels daily, mini bar fully stocked every morning the maids do a fantastic job keeping all the rooms that clean. Kids club staff friendly & always encouraging our son to join in with activities throughout the day. This year's animation & entertainment team were brilliant, special thanks to Lawsen, that guy has so much energy, real asset to Cornelia. There is a few slight niggles,only minor improvements needed, which hasn't put us off, but probably needs addressing in the near future: WiFi is very patchy in places, especially in the junior villa area. WiFi upgrade needed - streaming or working from a laptop is virtually impossible if you take your work away with you. Smoking.... I know rules are different in other countries, but I do think it's good manners not to light up when somebody is eating on the next table.. smoking areas to be provided? The hotel is super clean, but in need of some desperate updates in places and a lick of paint, villa rooms very dated. These small issues won't stop us returning, as the pros massively outweigh the small cons, we will be back!!!!!

Thought this hotel was excellent, reception and guest relations are good rooms spacious and cleaned every day, fridge stocked up daily,shampoo,soap,toothbrush and toothpaste,towels and beach towels all provided.rooms could be a little lighter though.Food excellent plenty of choices,we went to 2 al a carte restaurants, Asian and Mediterranean at 15 euros each well worth it.3 pools outside,we went down for beds between 0830-0900 and got beds no bother , we liked the grassed area the best .100€ for cabanas which we thought was a little expensive,games throughout the day,staff very good in restaurants and bar areas, shows ok then a dj or singers later.

We had have a wonderful vacation time spent in Cornelia De Luxe Resort! Everything was just amazing: the resort itself was very clean, cozy and really compact- we stayed in the main building, but could easy walk across all the territory, from the bungalows area to the sea. The variety of food in the main restaurant was able to satisfy any taste, the waiters where always friendly and courteous, quickly satisfying any desire. The animation here is nice and soft in comparation with other hotels we stayed: nobody force you to take part in the activities, but you can read the daily schedule and follow the activities you like. The music also was nice and untill 23:45 only, so for those who needed to sleep, it was very comfortable.There are weakly theme parties, we liked a lot the Bohème party and the BBQ dinner organised on the grass, next to the beach. We had a fantastic experience as well, getting out one evening for the dinner in the Far Eastern restaurant Tai Pen: it was a culinary journey full of taste, flavours of Asia and an incredible atmosphere! Totally worth the visit! But, the soul of the hotel remains its amazing team! Everybody from the receptionists to the guest relation and the waiters are so receptive and friendly that you feel from the beginning like at home! We booked a side sea room in the main building but without any special request, got upgraded to a full sea view room, centrally located, so we could enjoy every day the beautiful sunrises and the sunsets from our terrace Of course, there are little cons, as dirty rest rooms at the beach( it was easy manageable, going to the toilets located in the nearest bars, but any way, the cleanliness on the beach could be improved). Also, the beach itself is quite tiny, however there are additional place on the grace nearby and everyone can find a place. We were also a bit disappointed that didn't receive fruits in our room upon arrival, which supposed to be for all the guests, but of course, it's not the reason to humble this wonderful hotel! We would like to address our special thanks to Osman and Merve from the reception and to all other workers who made our holiday truly unforgettable! ❤️ Normally, we are not used to comeback to the same hotel, cause we like to try always something new, but this hotel is absolutely special, and it's very probable that we will choose it again for our holiday. This was our third visit to Cornelia Deluxe and each time we have been there it has never failed to deliver, which was just amazing, as this was a family holiday celebrating our 30th Wedding Anniversary, and we were also joined by our 3 adult children. From the moment we arrived, the reception staff were excellent, we were upgraded to a full sea view (from booking a side sea) and our children were also upgraded to a suite. They had amazing views of Belek from their 5th floor room. The food here is superb and the staff really make this a lovely place to stay. We ate most nights in the various Al a Carte restaurants and the food was totally perfect in every way. In particular, the French and Italian and the wonderful Sener who looked after us in the Tai Pai restaurant and also ensured that we were always catered for in the other restaurants and Daphne’s. We would also like to give a big shout out to the following members of staff in particular, in Daphne’s; Baris, Yesim, Sofas, Ahmet, Gurbuz. In the Neilia Beach Bar, special shout out to Rumil Ya and Guzem. And others who were amazing; Okan, Can, Zhazira and Lisa. Thank you all for your hard work and wonderful service with a smile. The only snipe that we had was that everything was priced in Euros but when we came to pay at check out, the hotel converted everything in Turkish Lira. This was so confusing and the first time we had encountered this at this hotel. We only had a euro card and thankfully they accepted this. Thank you Cornelia for yet another amazing holiday, we will return.

My wife and I spent 10 nights in Cornelia and were absolutely amazed! We had a wonderful time, especially thanks to the friendly and helpful staff. We particularly want to thank "Mustafa Chef" (the restaurant manager). His attention and care truly enriched our stay – he even prepared a sandwich for us on the last day so we would have a snack for our return trip. A big thank you also goes to Emrah, whose special cocktails and hospitality made our vacation even more enjoyable. You truly enriched our time! Unfortunately, we had a less positive experience at the Citrus Bar. The staff member there was very rude and seemed to dislike her job. This does not align with the otherwise excellent service and should not be part of the experience. Overall, however, it was a wonderful stay that we will remember with the fondest memories!

Thank you to all the staff for making our holiday great once more. Special thanks to Elena for our room upgrade and to the lovely Piril for organising our private transfer. It was great to see all the staff again who we call friends now, Sener, Saban, Mustafa K, Aytac, Mahmout, Akmet, Ayten and the young lads Okan, Osman and Emrah. It was good to meet Savag the best cleaning man on our last couple of days. We did notice there is a new entertainment program for this year and it was good to see new shows. As this was our 12th time here we have seen quite a few improvements since we first came in 2014 such as the Nelia beach club, the snack area at Daphne bar. The pavilions and grassed area and terrace at Celestine bar, we feel that with a few more touches it would be even better. Small things like providing mats for the uncomfortable sunbeds (or new sunbeds). Please remove those tablecloths from the tables in Daphne bar (why are they needed? save on the laundry, just wipe the perfectly good tables beneath). The pier is poor compared to others as you walk along the beach, not even a water station. Some others we saw had a bar, plants etc to make a nice experience. Reintroduce the fridges for water that were around the pool areas, we don't know why they are not there now. We are not being critical but with a few improvements the holiday would be even better. Just returned from a 7 night stay here, and although the hotel is lovely, with lots of really nice members of staff who are all really hard working, the hotel lacks some elements that should be standard with a 5* hotel. Food selection in the main restaurant is relatively small, with most of the salads and desserts not labelled, causing a lot of food waste. There is no waiter service around the pools which is disappointing, however there are bars situated all around so it’s never far to walk. Sun loungers are old, paint peeling, and extremely uncomfortable - a small investment of adding mattresses to the sun loungers would uplift the hotel immediately. Rooms and balconies are VERY small! The “Grand Pier” isn’t very grand at all, no bar or drinks available on the pier. Beach is virtually non existent because it’s been either covered over for shelter or netted off for volleyball. Lifeguards around the pool area are extremely vigilant which is great and reassuring with children. Towel card system seems a little pointless, 1 card per person = 2 towels each, but the staff give as many towels as you ask for? Uğar (kids club) is fantastic, and really tries to engage with the children, thank you! Guest relations are really helpful and try their best to deal with issues. The Thai a La carte restaurant is excellent, €15pp (children are free) surcharge, but definitely worth it. Lunch at the Daphne bar is perfect, nice and quick with great service. Drink selection is good with lots of branded alcohol, however make sure to order the brand or you’ll be given a cheaper alternative. The whole hotel is exceptionally clean. Evening shows at 9:15pm in the amphitheatre are all very much the same but different every night. Mass dance groups, continuous clapping required every night. First couple of nights great, after that they become too monotonous. Overall, we had an enjoyable stay but for reasons mentioned above, we would not choose this hotel again.

When this review was written I was in resort in a group of 8, it has taken Tripadvisor 4 days to review it - I am re-writing after inserting the word “probable”. This was our 10th Belek trip and approx 35th overall for the group. It is, unfortunately, also a first really bad experience. Altho inferior to several others we have stayed at (Voyage, Gloria, Rixos, even Cornelia Diamond) there are good things about this hotel: - the friendly & attentive staff; - the a la carte restaurants, - the golf course is good (mid to high-ranking for Belek). But, one big problem eclipses all else - a lack of reasonable empathy from the hotel when things go wrong - particularly concerning when other guests were clearly at risk… After the buffet meal on night two, three of our group went down with an aggressive sickness & diarrhoea bug which saw me continually sick for 9 hours, confined to my room for almost 48 hours and still suffering “symptoms” after 4 days. Needless to say, quite apart from the lost holiday time & cost, this was an unpleasant experience. Our group has, without seeking them out, also come across two other groups who described 5 & 4 people respectively with the same symptoms. This could have been avoided by the hotel as their problems commenced after mine/ours! One round of golf was missed by several of us and my pre-arranged trip to Antalya had to be cancelled. I am a walking golfer but was forced to rent buggies at costs €25-€50 for the three remaining rounds, simply to get round the course whilst debilitated. Ironically, this money goes to …. Cornelia … & they wouldn’t even cover this!! The bug was reported to Guest Relations on day #1. We were advised that “if your colleagues can’t come down to the doctors office, our nurse can visit them.” In other words the doctor would not come up. The nurse was declined as no apparent purpose would be served. It was physically impossible for me to visit the doctor’s office without risking an embarrassing “accident” - maybe on the foyer floor. Once partially recovered, I visited hotel management to describe our disappointment and seek some form of reasonable recompense for wasted time & money. The response from Elena, Reception Manager (plus my observations): - only the three of us had complained (there are other groups also with illness); - the bug was more likely caused by hot days + chilly nights (we were inside and, anyway, it’s c 18 degrees C at night?); - there are no other, more senior management you can speak to; - if we had doctor reports they would have taken us more seriously (it was impossible to leave the hotel room, we had not been advised we would need a doctor to witness our suffering and our illness had been reported on day #1). This last point is particularly irritating in view of the doctor’s apparent refusal to leave his office. We are effectively being accused of lying. We checked our CRM (Customer Relations Management) system to see whether your claimed such illness during your stay or not, yet we have not found a single or a smiler record on this basis. In accordance with the Quality Assurance Systems, our facility holds ISO 22000 Food Safety System (formerly known as HACCP) and every action is recorded and checked. Our facilities undergo spot audits by Turkish official bodies and have been awarded the White Flag. Our resort is providing service since 2002 and there has never been an incident like this. Please do not forget, these kinds of cases cannot be single in a hotel with 750 bed capacity and due to the International concept in all menus of all our Restaurants we use products of First-Class quality. Goods, before being received, undergo quality control by chefs, and from preparation to presentation, they are again controlled by chefs. As we have worked with the same chef team for years, all presented food is tasted and checked by the chefs and sous-chef. As we mentioned above our facility accommodates more than 1000 people including our own staff to, yet such food poisoning has never occurred in our facility. It’ clearly obvious that each and every meal in our resort has been consumed by at least 10 people yet as we stated earlier such claims has never happened. As you can also appreciate, cases like this cannot be isolated ones. This clarification has been sent to just to inform you that your illness can’t be caused by our resort, and we reject to accept any claims on this. We feel deeply sorry that you faced such illness. We are very focused on ensuring that all our guests enjoy their stay and provide an exceptional Cornelia Hotels Golf Resort & Spa experience. This hotel gives to you a fine experience both in hotel but also at the golf course. Everything is clean, worker's outside, restaurants etc are working hard, but they are not unpolite but very friendly. The entertainment group with Maroccoan man, Imre, Leyla, Zumba teacher was excellent. So you had lot to do at daytime, if you weren't golfing. And there were programme in the evenings. And the food was amazing with special nights. Breakfast and lunch were great. Our room was in the fifth floor with some view to the sea. The room was nice and with good equipment . A friendly cleaner looked after the room every day. Thank you for this experience with you
