Service was very good Reception was cooperative and helpful lobby was clean but a bit small and cozy no elevators except in main buildings and usually crowded. when it comes to a family room on the 4th floor in a second building without elevators and round staircase it is totally annoying. food was moderate compared to other resorts we stayed other facilities were convenient.

Amazing hotel. The staff work tirelessly to maintain the beautiful grounds and to keep the restaurants ticking over. Big shout out to the entertainment team for, well, entertaining every day and night! Food great, a lot of choice but it didn’t seem to change night on night. The kids loved the resident cats and tortoises! Highly recommend

I went with my boyfriend and our daughter to the Limak Resort it was amazing. It was my daughter’s birthday and Jamal left a lovely note on our hotel room for her to wake up to in the morning. I loved the food and the staff made the day so special. The birthday cake was made fresh and so lovely. Will be coming back for sure. A special thank you to Jamal in entertainment.

Jamal was great, really nice guy and is an absolute honour to your entertainment team. Nothing was ever too much, the sun was shining and we had a lovely holiday - 26 degrees in March compared to the rubbish UK weather was a treat. Food was varied and very nice.

My stay at the Limak Arcadia Sport Resort was nothing short of incredible! From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm hospitality that set the tone for an amazing vacation. The rooms were clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, and the view from the balcony was stunning, with lush greenery and glimpses of the sea. Housekeeping did an excellent job of keeping everything spotless throughout my visit. The food at the resort was exceptional. The buffet had an impressive variety of dishes, from local Turkish cuisine to international favorites. Each meal was fresh and flavorful, and there was always something new to try. The à la carte restaurants were also a treat, offering fine dining experiences that elevated the holiday. The entertainment program at Limak Arcadia was a highlight of my stay. The daily activities and evening shows were fantastic, offering something for guests of all ages. A special mention goes to Didi, who was the life of the party and made everyone feel welcome. His energy and enthusiasm were infectious, and he truly added a personal touch to the entertainment experience. They also went out of their way on my birthday with a nice surprise which was so heartwarming. The resort's facilities were outstanding, with a beautiful private beach. The sports activities and spa services were top-notch, ensuring there was always something to do, whether I wanted to stay active or relax. Limak Arcadia Sport Resort exceeded my expectations in every way. It’s a perfect destination for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of relaxation, fun, and excellent service. I would highly recommend it and can’t wait to return for another unforgettable experience!

Excellent customer service. Especially in the restaurant. Mustapha was first class. Today he even knew what I wanted and had drinks prepared as I approached. Lovely hotel I will return when the warmer weather arrives in the summer. Entertainments team are active in getting you involved. Shooting, archery, darts and a French game on the beach with steel balls. Sorry I forget the name.

The resort is beautiful, good for families, wellness, and has great rooms and a mini bar, many seating and gathering areas, plenty of food options, and is clean, but there is a lot that needs to be improved, such as more food for kids, food labelling, allergy awareness, and creating space for families with children only because there were times when we couldn't get enough space.We experienced a long wait for a seat at dinner, and were unaware that some countries celebrate Christmas on the 24th, which the hotel accommodated with a special event on Christmas Eve. However, we are aware that Christmas is traditionally celebrated on the 25th, leaving us without a special dinner or celebrationnon Christmas day, We missed the traditional Christmas celebration on December 25th due to a lack of special dinners and WiFi issues. Additionally, we were dissatisfied with the food catered at the private event. Also, there wasn't much to do because it rained much of the time, and the kids were bored because we had planned several trips to have some fun. There are some nasty and racist staff members at dinner hall, as black families were treated differently than white families during the service. The middle-aged lady with glasses at reception was doing an excellent job, and I adored the cats. We definitely be back during summer and definitely recommend it to people with families.

We visited mid-december 2024 and give 4 stars because of the exeptional price-value ratio during our stay. We stayed in in more luxurious 5* hotels before, but paid there dubble the price of Limak Arcadia. But this attractive price-offer has also its downside: In Dutch ‘’tokkies’’ or chavs in English, who don’t know how to behave, populate this hotel. But first start with the hotel: There is no 5* deluxe admosphere. More a good 4* + . For the rest nothing wrong with it. It’s a very large property that requires huge effort to keep the terrain + buildings well maintained and spotless clean. What is at the expence of the champagne at breakfast, cloth towels in the lobby-toilet or an impressive foyer (because there is non of that). There is plenty of food though, but after a week we got tired of chicken and groundbeef in all its appearances. Midnight soup starts at 22:30 hrs. in winter season. There is a small spa, that’s opens till 19:00 hrs. We love spa, so we where happy that there’s one. Annoying factors in the spa are the tokkies / chavs, who enter the sauna in their sports apparel, not using a towel to sit on, leaving their sweat spot for you. Then they jump into the tiny pool (without taking a shower) and return to the sauna, to make a wett spot again because still no towel. They use their mobile telephone in the sauna, with the camera and loudspeaker switched on, so you can meet the rest of the chavs in Brixton. They bring glass-glasses in the spa (dangerous). But the ‘’Lifeguard’’ is too busy with his own telephone and doesn’t correct visitors at all. The chavs leave empty water bottles behind in the sauna and their towels at the stretchers, so it seems all are occupied. The chavs smoke inside the hotel building (without somebody correcting them). The chavs allso ruin a part of the 5* experience by that.

The first hotel in Turkey where I did not feel welcome and I had to check out of paid hotel and change to other hotel. The main problem is that hotel management is into extreme saving for maximum profit especially with staff. There are not enough employee's, so most of them are overworked and tired. That results on the service offered. There is no table service at the bars so you have to wait in queue at bars to get your drinks. The selection of all inclusive drinks is very limited to local brands and the quality is very poor. Breakfast ends at 10.00 (8AM CET). The selection of food in also limited regarding that it is supposed to be a 5 star hotel not a hostel, but some of the dishes are tasty. In double occupancy room there was a single bathrobe and no liquid hand soap. You can use the safe for a charge. For 40hrs of use they charge you 3 days. WiFi is OK expect at peak times. The 4 tennis courts are not made of plastic but hard concrete. The most positive experience was with one of the managers that offered us a room upgrade and he did his best to resolve the problem. Unfortunately he could not change hotel policy in general. But again I thank him for his professional an kind approach that raised my opinion of the hotel at least a little.

Lovely clean hotel. Food was not for us. Kids they isn’t much of a choice.of food for the kids. My kids were hungry we had breakfast once cause they we couldn’t stomach that either. very expensive as well. To buy things from the hotel.shop Even shops outside hotel would we come back im afraid no. But rooms beds areas around hotel. Spotless. But food definitely a no if you are going take pot noodles. Biscuits. Unless you wanna pay. €8.75 euro for a packet of Oreo biscuits. The food deffo a no go. Meat a but to raw as well. Take ye own food for the kids if kids r going. And stay away from the meat.

12 nights stay at Limak Arcadia Sports hotel 17th -29th October 2024. Went with husband two teenagers , son 14 yrs and daughter 16 years. Had the best holiday. Hotel was fantastic. Really big complex but also felt really homely and not busy or crowded. Room was immaculate each day. Very spacious room with seaview. Great for sunsets. Something for everyone.Food was delicious, lots of choice, chefs constantly filling up dishes so always lots of choice, puddings are amazing. Staff in all area so helpful , friendly, hard working and efficient. Special shout out to a lovely waitresses in the bar " Esra" full of smiles , hard working and always polite. Hotel grounds clean. Toilets never looked scruffy. Beach was so convient , sea warm and loads of available sun beds for all to pool and beach area. Recommend a trip to Belek Saturday Market got some fab clothing for good price 8-10 min walk from hotel along safe pavement. Also recommend the water sports next to hotel. Sofa on backs of the boat was hilarious for all. Entertainment was great each night,shows we're professional, after show we're great and went to the night club outside bar a few times Weather was warm in the day 26-29 degrees cool at night so take your jumpers but it is end of October. Highly recommend this hotel Great for young kids and ideal for teenagers. Lots to do and older kids can move around the hotel independently in safe environment. Kids enjoyed meeting others teenagers from other nationalities. Thank you for a wonderful holiday

Unfortunately, after having visited this hotel twenty times over two decades, we have to conclude that it is going downhill considerably. It is time to look for a new accommodation where they appreciate the customer. As a platinum VIP guest, the benefits are few and modest, from a few obligatory things (such as a fruit basket in the room and some modest discounts). Something essential, such as a longer stay in the room in connection with a late departure, you can only ask for on the day of departure. Allthough it is one of the benefits promised. The reception will resolutely send you off. I understand that the need to look but at least one day before must be manageable. They could also say: "we will do our best for you and let you know". Also, if the room shows defects, the reception will leave you out in the cold and you will have to come back the next day to see if a room exchange is possible if you report this later in the day. Which means you will lose half a day of your expensive holiday. The bathrooms really need a makeover, especially with a bath that is dangerously slippery to shower in. By the way, the rest of the staff (apart from the unwilling reception) are all friendly and good-willed. This was the last time.

I had a great holiday in limak arcadia with my lovely familie it was amazing, the food the drinks was yumm. The entertainment team was great espaceily Didi he was fun to be around he was nice te everyone and he explaind good. We Will come back here soon
