Positives - [ ] Immaculate, so clean everywhere, staff work really hard to keep everywhere clean - [ ] Everything well maintained doesn’t look tired or anything in need of repair even at end of season - [ ] Very good offering of food and drink, lots of choice all day long with premium brands included - [ ] My youngest loved the kids club, great facilities and programme - [ ] The couple of issues we encountered during our stay such as broken safe and mini bar drinks/ snacks not being replenished were dealt with quickly and efficiently through the WhatsApp number. Also we had a problem with our air con in our room from half way through our stay as the main building moved to the winter concept so our room was very warm for the 4 of us but guest services sorted for us within a day and we were moved into a swim up room free of charge and the air con was just perfect. The hotel genuinely want to rectify issues and find a solution for you. Guest services are very helpful and even come and said goodbye when we left - [ ] Evening shows were good - [ ] Asma a la carte dinner was lovely, beautiful food and service, would highly recommend Negatives - [ ] Surprised that we did not get a welcome drink or macarons like others got on arrival. We arrived later on a Saturday and was told that dinner had finished we would have to wait until 11pm if we wanted food. Our 2 young children wouldnt of been able to wait until then after travelling all day. The lovely reception guy took my husband to the z lounge and ordered some food for him so that he was able to bring it up to the room, so would be good if they made people aware that they could do this especially if they have young children - [ ] Really sorry to say this but the vast majority of staff and guests at this hotel are so miserable and rude. We could count on one hand the amount of staff that were smiling and friendly during the week. Never had this before anywhere in Turkey we have stayed, not sure if it’s because it’s end of season but didn’t make us feel particularly welcome and at times a real inconvenience asking for anything. In all honesty it didn’t seem like a very happy atmosphere anywhere - [ ] Noticeable divide between nationalities, some nationalities are treated completely different and sadly not positive for the very few British guests that are staying here, very sad as it doesn’t need to be like that as we are all paying guests at the end of the day regardless of where we come from but levels of service and offerings were noticeably different - [ ] Language barrier - it’s pot luck what food and drink you get as little staff speak or understand English very well. The majority of our orders we placed for food and drink were wrong makes it a bit tricky when no one understands you - [ ] Russian and German guests staying here extremely rude and entitled which does affect your stay, with children being allowed to run riot everywhere and we really didn’t like the way they spoke to the staff, n
